Design of denitration reconstruction project for a thermal power station in Xinjiang,The self heating back pressure unit and environmental protection facilities reconstruction project of the biochemical heat source plant,Ministry of environmental protection of China in July 29,2011,Jointly by the State Administration of quality supervision,inspection and quarantine issued ?fossil-fuel power plant atmospheric pollutant emission standard?(GB13223-2011).It was formally implemented in January 1,2012.The original built boiler must be modified to a certain extent to meet the new standard of flue gas emission.Because of the original 2 * 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler belonging to the unit has been built,the transformation is relatively difficult,because the transformation process arrangement not suitable for using SCR denitration technology,so the transformation by SNCR denitration technology.The factory is due to steam load increases,the existing boiler cannot meet the steam load,this project belongs to the new unit,the new version of flue gas emission standards for new units have more stringent requirements for pollution emissions,2 * 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts SNCR flue gas denitration technology,the project of 1 * 220t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler with high temperature and high pressure 2 x 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler shared SNCR supporting device in this project adopts SNCR/SCR mixed flue gas denitration method,which can make full use of limited resources and can achieve the new emission standard.
