Metamaterials as a generalized composite material are artificial composite structures or composite materials with unusual physical properties which are not possessed by natural materials.Through the orderly design of the structure of the key physical scale of the material,we can break through the restriction of some apparent natural laws and obtain the supernormal material function which is beyond the natural nature of nature?Metamaterials have three important features:(1)metamaterials are usually composite materials with novel artificial structures;(2)metamaterials have extraordinary physical properties(which are often not available in natural materials);(3)the properties of metamaterials are often not determined mainly by the intrinsic properties of the materials,and the artificial structures are determined.The transformation of science has made the realization of some metamaterial functions possible.Our application to transform science-thermal camouflage device carried on the thorough research and analysis,designed the heat device and to simulate the effect of disguise,and a perfect thermal camouflage device is verified by the experiments.The emergence of the two-dimensional material graphene provides a new train of thought for some nano structure design,its application through graphene in near-field thermal radiation,Through the analysis and calculation,we obtained the near-field heat flux between the graphene at ordinary times.Then the heating conditions of graphene in the near-field heat radiation are obtained from the two boundary conditions,and the numerical simulation is carried out.Especially on the situation of warming graphene under complicated condition the thorough analysis about heating process and graphene Fermi level,the spacing between the graphene and boundary conditions(graphene length)was carried on respectively.We simulate the results,and then established the equivalent analysis model can simplify the calculation process.After that we have analyzed the vibration state of the heating effect of the graphene,studied the relation between vibration frequency of graphene and graphene middle temperature and the constant of temperature rise.
