In the process of solar salt production,wind energy and solar energy are used for seawater concentration followed by salt crystallization.The production process is very environmental friendly and energy-saving,and it can provide us with indispensable seasonings and industrial basic raw materials.But there are many shortcomings due to the open-air production,for example,excessive land resources of coastal intertidal zone consumption,difficult production management and control,long production cycle and etc..In addition,Solar brine and salt production are deeply affected by the water evaporation of the geographical location,rainfall and etc..So it is very important to improve the process of solar brine and salt production technology.The study systematically analyzes and studies the technical process of solar brine and salt production related to the industrial application.The paper studies the raw brine which changes from seawater to concentrated seawater of Dagang Power Plant,and it bases on the change of production process of Tanggu salt pond due to the development of new coastal region of Tianjin.According to the derivation analysis in calculation table of brine production,the paper contrastively studies the main factors of production,such as “initial concentration”,“evaporation”,“rainfall”,“drainage rate”,“evaporation area”,“retention time”,and it puts forwardan optimized scheme,that is,using concentrated seawater after desalination as raw material.In the work,a mix proportion scheme of salt farm using concentrated seawater of Dagang Power Plant as raw material is researched though calculating and analyzing the salt production process.At last,it identifies an optimized plan which adjusts the brine deposit depth of original "regulating pool" in Tanggu salt pond from 100 cm to 120 cm by analyzing the influence of the production process on the salt quality.The subject of this paper is not studied in other literatures.
