Energy consumption has been higher in the process of production of polysilicon,energy consumption is the important factor of polysilicon production cost.Cold hydrogen plays an important role in closed-circuit circulation of polysilicon production,its energy consumption has a great influence on the polysilicon production cost.Therefore,to reduce the production cost of polysilicon it has to optimize the structure of the current system of process for recycling of heat.The research content of this article is mainly the use of theory of process simulation and heat exchange network optimization,and put forward reasonable optimization scheme after the process simulation and heat exchange network optimization of hydrogenated silicon tetrachloride technology.This paper firstly discusses the research progress of silicon tetrachloride hydrogenation process and the severe situation of polysilicon industry.it expounds the necessity of saving energy and the development direction of modern energy-saving technologies.The three basic methods of heat exchanger network synthesis are introduced: mathematical programming,pinch design method and the artificial intelligence method.It is mainly introduced the principle of pinch analysis method and application.Then it is analyzed that silicon tetrachloride hydrogenation system process.And it is analyzed that the energy usage of the process to find out the heat exchange network of the "bottleneck" of the process and put forward to solve the "bottleneck" :first,it is constructed that the process model of the heat exchange network at present,find the system pinch,preliminarily determine the optimal heat exchanger network;Then it is simulated with the Aspen plus software;it design the optimal heat exchanger network by the use of existing equipment and combination with the requirements of production technology on the basis of calculation results.The solution obtained in this paper is full use of existing equipment,just change the match of the heat exchanger flows can significantly reduce the system energy consumption and have great significance in guiding the actual production operation.
