Petrochemical enterprise is a traditional high energy consumption industry,and atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is the key device in petrochemical enterprises,and its energy consumption accounts for about 1/5?1/3.The production and technical level of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit directly affects the utilization of crude oil and the economic benefits of enterprises.Therefore,the process level of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is of great significance for energy saving and consumption reduction and economic benefit growth of enterprises.At present,China's refining and chemical industry is paying more and more attention to the basic design and optimization of the plant.In view of this situation,based on a set of vacuum atmospheric distillation energy optimization project of L company,the process simulation was carried out by using Aspen Plus software,and the heat exchange network was optimized to realize the overall energy consumption optimization of chemical process.In the simulation process,Aspen Plus simulation software was used to set the simulation parameters according to the crude oil properties and design regulations.The appropriate physical property method BK10and the convergence algorithm WEGSTEIN were selected.Based on the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,the corresponding process parameters of the unit were constructed,and the complete atmospheric and vacuum process flow was simulated.Then,according to the extracted logistics basic data,the original heat exchange network was constructed by Aspen energy analyzer.According to the relationship between the minimum heat transfer temperature difference and the operation cost,equipment cost and total cost,the minimum heat transfer temperature difference?Tminis 15?,map its heat exchange network grid.Finally,the rationality of the heat exchanger location in the heat exchanger network is analyzed from the pinch theory level.Based on the analysis results of heat exchange network,an optimization scheme is proposed.After optimization,the final heat exchange temperature is increased by 8?,effectively reducing the energy consumption of the heating furnace.Compared with the original design,the energy consumption of the standard oil is reduced by0.81kg/t raw material,and the total cost is saved by(?)2.85/t of raw material.Based on the annual processing capacity of the device of2.1×106t/y,the annual saving of 5.98 million yuan is achieved.
