Manufacturing and manufacturing of the complex structural parts in aviation industry are important symbols to measure the level of manufacturing in a country.The blade belongs to thin-walled complex curved parts,and dimensional accuracy and surface integrity have an important influence on engine performance.At present,polishing can be only used by hand and have lots of uncertainties.After polished,the surface's quality of blades can not be guaranteed.The phenomenon of less polishing and over polishing often occur.The poor consistency of blades cannot be satisfied with modern production.In this thesis,a new type of polishing wheel is designed for CNC,The blade and other complex surface parts can be used for automatic NC Polishing.The detailed work is as follows:A kind of electroplating flexible polishing wheel was designed: it is selected diamond or cubic boron nitride as abrasive,the reinforced structure is added between the abrasive and elastic matrix to improve the adhesion of abrasive and control local support stiffness,and the problems of abrasive small binding force and low grinding ability of conventional polishing wheel have been solved.A series of optimization experiments of polishing process parameters: the measurement and analysis of the polishing force are completed,and the method of controlling the polishing force by pre-compression.To use polishing wheel to optimize experiments of polishing process parameters,the influence of the parameters of numerical control polishing process on the surface integrity and polishing efficiency of the parts was determined.NC Polishing of blade: the surface roughness of the polished blade is reduced to 0.15?m,and surface of the blade is evenly removed 0.02 mm.The experiment shows that the polishing wheel and polishing process parameters can be used to finish the polishing of complex parts.
