Using CNTs / PVA nanofiber membranes composite the polyester fabric after plasma pretreatment, and research the effect of CNTs / PVA nanofiber membranes composite on the antistatic properties of the plasma treated polyester fabric.Firstly,by comparing the wicking height of polyester fabric before and after the plasma treatment analyze the plasma treatment on polyester fabric hygroscopic.Using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),atomic force microscopy(AFM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analyze the impact of plasma treatment on the surface physical form of polyester fiber and its chemical composition, find out the optimum process condition.Secondly, analyze the effect of the receive distance, the voltage, the speed of the spinning disk and the concentration of the solution on the preparation of PVA nanofibers by bubble electrospinning through single factor test, and then find out the optimum solution concentration.Observe the physical and chemical compositions of PVA nanofibers by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The PVA concentration of CNTs / PVA nanofiber membranes was prepared according to the best solution concentration of PVA nanofibers.Using single factor orthogonal test to analyze the optimum process of composite nanofiber membrane, and taking the practical production requirements into consideration to find out the optimum reception distance, voltage and Spinning speed. On the basis of all above, the composite nanofiber membranes with different content of single-walled carbon nanotubes were prepared. The chemical constituents of the nanofiber membranes were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope(FTIR)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).Using nanofiber membranes with different content of single-walled carbon nanotubes to composite the plasma treated polyester fabric. The effects of CNTs / PVA nanofiber membranes composite on the physical and chemical properties of polyester fiber were analyzed by scanning microscope and Raman spectroscope;the ZC36 high resistance meter was used to measure the volume resistivity of the nanofiber membranes. The scanning electron microscope(SEM)observations and Raman spectroscopy showed that the nanofiber membrane was firmly attached to the surface of the polyester fabric. As the plasma treatment etch the surface of the polyester fibers and introduced the polar groups,it not only improved the hygroscopic of polyester fabric, but also increased the fastness between nanofiber membranes and polyester fabric. The volume ratio resistance test results showed that the volume ratio of the composite polyester fabric was reduced by 100 to 1000 times,it means that the antistatic property of the polyester fabric was improved. The results of the volume ratio resistance test, the Fourier infrared test and the X-ray diffraction test all showed that when the mass ratio of single-walled carbon nanotubes to PVA was 0.3%,the volume ratio of the composite fabric was the smallest and its antistatic property was the best.According to the incomplete data,it was speculated that the relationship between polyester fabric and nanofiber membrane was parallel resistance, which should be further verified.
