Multifunction textile of flame retardant and waterproof has been widely applied in various fields,such as outdoor products,military industry,car interior and architectural decoration.The mainly method is distribution,but the compatibility of flame-retardant agent and water-proof agent was poor in distribution finishing,and it was difficult to find a suitable flame-retardant agent and water-proof agent.Aiming at the problem,two kinds of flame-retardant and water-proof finishing agents were studied,one was phosphorus&fluorine-containing polyacrylate,another was phosphorus-containing silica sol,and they were applied on polyester fabrics.The research contents and results are as follows:The diethyl phosphate?PADE?was synthesized using phosphorus pentoxide?P2O5?and anhydrous ethanol?EtOH?as raw materials.Then,using DCC as condensation agent,the hydroxyethylamide diethyl phosphate?PAHEDE?was synthesized with ethanol amine?ETA?and PADE.Lastly,using the p-toluene sulfonic acid?PTS?as the catalyst,phosphorus&nitrogen-containing acrylate flame retardant monomer?PAHAA?was synthesized with acrylic acid?AA?and PAHEDE.The optimal synthetic conditions of PAHAA were as follows:n?P2O5?:n?Et OH?=1:2.5,n?PADE?:n?ETA?=1:1.1,the dosage of DCC was 1.6%,n?PAHEDE?:n?AA?=1:1.5,the dosage of PTS was 1.2%,the reaction temperature and time were 130?and 7 h,respectively.The flame-retardant and water-proof finishing agent?PFMH?was prepared with2,2,3,4,4,4-hexafluorobutyl methacrylate?TFBMA?,methyl methacrylate?MMA?,PAHAA and hydroxyl acrylate?HEA?.The optimal synthetic conditions of PFMH were as follows:emulsifier compound by AEO-4,CTAC and AEO-9 with the mass ratio of 2:3:4 of6%?ratio mass of total monomer?,m?TFBMA?:m?PAHAA?:m?MMA?:m?HEA?=20:35:5:1,initiator of 0.4%?ratio mass of total monomer?,and the reaction tempeture and time were75?and 4 h.The PFMH was applied on polyester fabrics.Finally,the test indicated that the LOI value and damaged carbon length of the finished polyester fabric were 29.4%and 9.7 cm,respectively,and the contact angle and water repellency were 136.1°and 95 points,when the concentration of PFMH was 250 g/L,pH value was 6,and the baking temperature and time were 170?and 3 min,respectively.After 10 laundries,the LOI value and damaged carbon length of the finished polyester fabric were 26.8%and 11.1 cm,respectively,and the contact angle and water repellency were 123.3°and 85 points,respectively.The test indicated that the PFMH has good durable flame retardancy and water repellency.The silica sol?SS?was obtained using ethyl silicate as raw material.Then,using sodium methanol as catalyst,the phosphorus-containing organosilicon?PEOS?was synthesized with dimethyl phosphite?MSDS?and trimethoxyallylsilane?VTEO?.Lastly,the phosphorus-containing silica sol?PEOSS?was synthesized with SS,PEOS and aminoethylamino propyltrimethoxy silane?KH-792?.The optimal synthetic conditions of PEOSS were as follows:n?MSDS?:n?VTEO?=1:1.2,dosage of 30%sodium methanol was 3%as monomer,and the reaction temperature and time were 70?and 9 h,n?SS?:n?PEOS?:n?KH-792?=6:3:1,and the reaction temperature and time were 55?and 4h,respectively.The PEOSS was applied on polyester fabrics.Finally,the test indicated that the LOI value and damaged carbon length of the finished polyester fabric were 31.3%and 8.6 cm,respectively,and the contact angel and water repellency were 129.3°and 95 points,when the concentration of PEOSS was 200 g/L,pH value was 8,and the baking temperature and time were 170?and 3 min,respectively.After 10 laundries,the LOI value and damaged carbon length of the finished polyester fabric were 28.1%and 10.3 cm,respectively,and the contact angel and water repellency were 116.6°and 80 points,respectively.The test indicated that the PEOSS has good durable flame retardancy and water repellency.
