As an important medium connecting indoor and outdoor environments,curtains play an important role in indoor textiles.Nowadays,with the development of technology,people's demand for curtains is not only satisfied with decoration and beautification,but also requires functionality.After a long time of sunlight,dye molecules on the surface of fabric will produce photo oxidation reaction,which will cause the fabric fading and embrittlement,and ordinary curtains can easily cause fire.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a curtain fabric that has sun-resistance and flame-retardant properties.However,due to the conflict of different functional finishing agents,the functional failure may occur.At present,curtain fabrics on the market are basically only single-function fabrics,so it is of great significance to study a curtain fabric with anti-sun and flame retardant properties.In order to solve this difficulty,this topic starts from the two aspects of functional raw materials and functional finishing,and prepares the sun-resistant flame retardant by preparing flame-retardant finishing after preparing base fabric by using flame retardant and sun-resistant raw materials,as well as sun-resistant raw materials and common raw materials.The curtain fabrics were explored,and the best preparation scheme was obtained by comparative analysis.The solar-resistant flame retardant curtains prepared by the above two methods were compared for flame retardancy,sun resistance and durability.The following conclusions were obtained;1.In order to develop a curtain fabric that not only has solar resistance and flame retardant properties,but also has industrialization ability in the future,polyester fiber is selected as the raw material for weaving.The subject tested and analyzed the functional and mechanical properties of ordinary polyester,flame-retardant polyester and masterbatch polyester fibers.It can be seen that the flame-retardant polyester is close to the ordinary polyester,and the masterbatch polyester has the worst breaking strength.The retention of the three types of fiber before and after the strength of the fiber to determine the solar resistance,in which the masterbatch polyester fiber has the best solar performance,after 72 hours of long-term sun exposure,the breaking strength retention rate of 88%;the subject through LOI and DSC The test analysis method measures the flame retardant properties of the fiber,wherein the flame retardant polyester has a LOI value of 35 refractory fibers,And the masterbatch polyester has a LOI value of 27,which is a combustible material.After testing and analysis,the three fibers are combined with curtain weaving requirements.2,using flame-retardant polyester and masterbatch polyester as woven raw materials to prepare anti-sunlight flame-retardant curtain fabrics,with 10 different kinds of fabrics,with flame retardant and sun-resistant fabrics,with the mechanism and weft ratio as variables.The performance of the test and analysis showed that the flame retardant performance of the fabric decreased with the increase of the tissue coefficient and increased with the increase of the flame retardant polyester content in the weft yarn;the solar resistance performance increased with the increase of the tissue coefficient.As the polyester masterbatch content in the weft yarn increases,it increases.The tensile strength,the wrinkle recovery,the flame retardancy and the sun resistance were used as the evaluation indexes.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to determine the optimum weaving process parameters:the fabric structure was double-layer fabric(table organization:5 satin,Organization:3/2 twill),weft ratio masterbatch polyester:flame retardant polyester is 2:1.3.Because the flame retardant polyester and ordinary polyester are close to each other,the subject uses ordinary polyester and masterbatch polyester as the weaving raw materials,prepares the base fabric according to the best weaving process obtained before,and obtains resistance to the base fabric by flame retardant finishing.Sun-retardant curtain fabric.The comparative test analyzed the effects of different finishing conditions on the flame retardancy and solar resistance of fabrics.From the three factors of bath ratio,immersion time and baking temperature,the length of fabric burning damage was used as the index,and the resistance was determined by orthogonal experiment.The parameters of the combustion finishing process were optimized,and the optimal finishing process parameters were as follows:bath ratio 1:30,immersion time 60 min,baking temperature 100?.4.The subject judged the two preparation schemes from three aspects:flame retardancy,sun resistance and durability.In general,the sun-retardant curtain fabrics prepared by the two schemes reached the flame retardant B1 grade of decorative fabrics.The standard and 4-5 grade light fastness have reached the top level in the industry.After 10 times of washing,the sun-retardant curtain fabric made of functional raw materials has a flame retardant and sun-resistant retention rate of 97.3%.The flame retardant and sun-resistant properties of the sun-retardant curtain fabrics prepared by functional finishing are reduced with the increase of the number of times of washing.In summary,it can be seen that the functional material preparation process curtain fabric has better practical performance.This topic provides a theoretical basis for the sun-resistant and flame-retardant curtain fabric,as well as a forward-looking idea for the composite functional fabric,which plays an important leading role in the development of the subsequent functional textiles.
