Studies On Evolution And Development Of Suzhou Embroidery Techniques

Chinese embroidery art has a long history and there are many genres of regional culture,among which su embroidery plays an very important role.As su embroidery is regarded as the head of the four most famous embroidery,it is of great significance to understand its development.Considering that the technique is the foundation and core for studying su embroidery,this paper aims to find the agent for its prosperity by studying the changes of suzhou embroidery techniques throughout the history.Furthermore,it intends to enlighten the ongoing preservation of Chinese embroidery art.
