Cordyceps ciadaeis one of the Chinesevaluable medical fungi with a long history.Cordyceps cicadae have the similar medical ingredient to Cordyceps sinensis,evenhigher in some nutrients content.Because of the amount of Cordyceps sinensisis getting more decreasing and the amount of arsenic is above average level,Cordyceps ciadae become the substitute of theCordyceps sinensis and its nutritional value also gradually attention by people.The liquid fermentation ofCordyceps ciadae implement new direction for large-scale industrialized production,provides a new way to extract,stady and use the active substrate of active substances ofCordyceps ciadae.This article use the Cordyceps cicadae strains JCH-lis collected from bamboo forest area of Jiangsu province.The study of liquid Fermentation for Cordyceps cicadae provide a theoretical reference for industrialized production.The main research and results are as follows:(1)Research theCordyceps ciadae liquid deep fermentation process and explore the growth characteristics of Cordyceps ciadae strain(2)Optimize the deep liquid fermentation for Cordyceps ciadae.The best quantity is 5%,the best outfit fluid volume is 10%(300mL/3000mL),the best temperature is 22 ?,the best table speed is 90 r/min,the pHkeep natural value,the best training time is 6-7 days.According to above optimum conditions,the dry weight ofCordyceps ciadaeis 21.1g/L.(3)Optimized the Cordyceps ciadae liquid deep fermentation culture medium components,the optimized medium was 5%glucose,0.5%peptone and 1%yeast powder,0.1%of FeSO4·7H2O and 0.1%ZnSO4·7H2O.The dry weight ofCordyceps ciadae obtained from the optimized medium is 21.1 g/L.Through the optimization of Cordyceps cicada liquid deep fermentation process,the final measured in the fermented liquid mycelium dry weight is 29.8 g/L.(4)Study the deep pure culture of Cordyceps ciadae for 30L automatic control fermentation jar process,obtain the dry weight of mycelium was 32.2g/L.Compared with shaking flask experiment,the fermentation period was shorter and the dry weight of mycelium was increased by 8.05%.The results were satisfactory.(5)According to the determination of mycelium liquid fermentation method of Cordyceps cicada adenosine in Cordyceps products(the flask and 30L jar)for determination of the content of effective components and the results for the adenosine content of mycelium in shake is 0.0377%.The content of adenosine in mycelium from jar was 0.0396%.
