In this paper, technique of artificial planting Cordyceps militaries and condition of deep liquid fermentation of Cordyceps militaries were studied.Firstly we probed into the effects on artificial planting Cordyceps militaries brought by seed, nourishment (carbon source, nitrogen source, proportion of nutrient liquid and material),environment (temperature, humidity, light, venting) . The results indicated that best-quality seed was needed for planting high grade and high yield Cordyceps militaries. The optimum carbon source was starch and the optimum nitrogern source was KNO3. The optimum proportion of nutrient liquid and rice was 1:1.2. The mycelium of Cordyceps militaries could well grow in the dark, now culture temperature was at 20~25℃ and relative humidity 55-70%. Given illumination stimulation after the mycelium had had enough culture medium, which would guide the fruitbody' s forming. The culture temperature was at 15~20℃ and relative humidity 70-85%. Venting would promote the growth of fruitbody.Secondly, in experiment of deep liquid fermentation of Cordyceps militaries, the optimum liquid culture condition was: rice meal 4%, soybean meal 2%, KH2PO40.15%, MgSO4.7H200. 2%. The process control was:pitching 4%, age of pure culture 48h, filling liquid 100ml/250ml, initial pH7. 0-7. 5, anti-foamer 0.10-0.15%, stirring rate 180rpm, culture temperature 24℃, fermentation 78h.On the basis of above results, Cordyceps militaries was further cultured in 10L stirred tank fermentation and the suitable culture condition was got as follows: piezo-tank 0.05-0.07Mpa,ventiliation quantity 1: 0.05 (V/V. min), stirring rate 200rpm.
