Waste heat from flue gas is used to dry waste wood and woody biomass fuel.It is of great significance to study the waste heat utilization.It is an important measure to save energy.According to the domestic and foreign literatures about the waste heat of flue gas drying of circulating fluidized bed boilers and woody biomass,the availability of flue gas waste heat and the drying and utilization of waste wood are reviewed in this paper.The project actually solves the problems encountered in the operation of a biomass power plant in Zhejiang such as the high temperature of the boiler tail,the high moisture content of waste wood fuel and the easy shutdown of the boiler.In order to analyze the research content and technical route.Boiler tail flue gas waste heat drying waste wood in different ways,including the direct drying of waste wood,indirect heating air,water,steam and so on.The basic characteristics of the waste wood are analyzed first to investigate the factors that may affect the combustion of the waste wood and then to compare the theoretically calculated conditions with the known boiler operating parameters.The different drying methods will reduce the exhaust gas temperature below 150 0C and indirectly dry the waste wood with the medium after heating,thus reducing the moisture content of the waste wood by about 5%to meet the requirements of the boiler for the water content of the fuel.After calculating the energy balance and mass balance of the waste wood heated by different media,after a large amount of calculation,the chart of the working conditions under different drying modes is made.After consulting the sales manufacturers and analyzing the non-mainstream other drying modes in combination with the literature,Finally for the project for the drying method combined with economic analysis,choose the best way to dry.Use of heating methods to improve the calorific value of waste wood,reduce waste wood moisture content.However,the heating process also brings about the precipitation of odor in the waste wood.The high-purity nitrogen and air are respectively heated in the temperature-controlled tube furnace to the temperature range of the dryer for running.The tested materials are collected from a biomass power plant Three types of waste wood.Gasmetal Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and H2S gas detector were used to detect the odor concentration.Provide the basis for the selection of dryer and deodorization device.Pre-theoretical calculations and experimental simulation for the prototype test laid the foundation,and ultimately through the equipment consulting,prototype design and prototype simulation for the application of the bedding.In the case of a fixed amount of induced draft,by studying the drum speed,change the amount of input to get different drying results.The feeding amount from 80kg/h to the maximum feeding amount of 1200kg/h.The final test results,analysis of industrialization possibilities.
