At present,there is a large amount of domestic industrial waste salt which has complex components.The treatment method of industrial waste salt needs to be further studied and optimized,especially the heat treatment method of industrial waste salt due to the irrational heating means,which causes the salt to melt and adhere to the equipment.Based on the current situation of high domestic industrial waste salt inventory and imperfect treatment technology,this paper proposes process improvement measures based on the research of thermal fluidized bed treatment of industrial waste salt.On the one hand,by increasing the temperature in the furnace,the organic matter in the industrial waste salt is completely reacted during the heat treatment process,and the product salt that meets the industrial salt standard can be obtained without the process of dissolving and recrystallizing the product salt.On the other hand,pre-heat the air to reduce the temperature difference between the furnace inner wall and the waste salt particles,and reduce the possibility of industrial waste salt melting and bonding during the thermal fluidization process.This paper also analyzes the basic physical properties and characterization and composition analysis of the industrial waste salt used,including thermal analysis methods such as thermogravimetric analysis and SEM electron scanning,infrared spectrum analysis.The reactions in the thermal reaction of organic matter in industrial waste salt are studied.The kinetic mechanism and the kinetic parameters of the reaction in various weightless temperature ranges under air atmosphere and nitrogen atmosphere were solved.The heat treatment process of waste salt is simulated by a tube furnace heat treatment system.Through multiple sets of comparative experiments at different temperatures and times,the heat treatment temperature conditions and time conditions of industrial waste salt are obtained: the heat treatment temperature is above 550?,and the treatment time is above 60 minutes.By comparing the composition and characteristics of industrial waste salt before and after heat treatment,it is found that during the heat treatment of industrial waste salt,not only the organic matter on the surface of the waste salt particle is thermally decomposed,but also the unknown organic matter inside the waste salt particle undergoes gasification reaction and evolves gas.Finally,an electrically heated fluidized bed test bench was set up,and the design process of the critical parameters of critical fluidization speed and take-out speed of the electric heated fluidized bed was discussed.The results show that the conditions for the treatment of industrial waste salt by electric heating fluidized bed: heat treatment temperature above 550?,and the processing time of more than 45 min,verifying the feasibility of the electric heating fluidized bed test bench for treating industrial waste salt Heat treatment process for heating fluidized bed to treat industrial waste salt.
