With the increasing of people's awareness of energy crisis and environmental protection,photocatalytic degradation of organic compounds has attracted much attention of researchers.However,in the case of photocatalytic materials,there are many problems,such as too large band gap,low utilization rate of visible light,high recombination rate of photogenerated electron-hole pairs,and deactivation of catalyst.How to solve these problems and improve the photocatalytic activity of the catalyst has become the urgent problem to be solved.In consideration of the huge potential application of catalyst and current problems,N-RGO/Ti O2 and CdS-RGO-BiVO4 photocatalytic systems were prepared by hydrothermal/solvothermal method.The preparation methods were studied,and their structures and morphologies were characterized.The photocatalytic properties of the prepared catalysts were investigated by the degradation of typical organic compounds under visible light.The main research contents are as follows:?1?N-RGO-TiO2compositephotocatalyticmaterialswerepreparedby hydrothermal method.The composite photocatalytic materials were characterized by XRD,TEM,SEM,XPS and Raman.And the crystal morphology and structure were determined.?2?The free radical trapping experiments showed that the main active material of N-RGO-TiO2 composite photocatalytic material for photocatalytic degradation of RhB was hydroxyl radical.It was also confirmed that the content of hydroxyl radical was increased by the addition of graphite oxide.This is the main reason for the increase of photocatalyst of light catalytic effect.?3?On this basis,the preparation of CdS-1%RGO-BiVO4 Z-scheme photocatalytic system was carried out by various methods.The photocatalytic activity of the prepared composite photocatalytic materials was investigated by photocatalytic degradation under visible light.XRD and SEM were used to characterize the morphology and structure of the prepared photocatalytic materials.Through the experiment of photocatalytic degradation under visible light,Z-scheme composite photocatalytic materials to improve the photocatalytic efficiency by experiment successfully.This method is an effective method to combine CdS and BiVO4nano-semiconductor photocatalytic materials with GO.
