Sheet metal two point incremental forming technology has attracted extensive attention in recent years.Now the product tends to small batch,diversity and individuation,sheet metal two point incremental forming will become more and more mature.In this paper,the incremental forming technology combined with 3D printing technology is adopted.The 3D printing equipment is used to complete the supporting mold processing.The finished mold is used as the supporting die,and the sheet metal is incremental formed 1mm thickness aluminum plate.The analysis of the forming accuracy of the forming workpiece and the comparison with other scholars to complete the study data,The results show that the 3D printing technology can replace the high cost materials such as wood and other high-cost materials to process the mold.This paper puts forward a new method of two point incremental forming performance test : spherical method.Different forming fracture angles were obtained by forming different thickness sheet metal.The results show that the spherical method can be used as a method to judge the performance of two point incremental forming.The molds of different radius sizes are shaped to obtain the forming rupture angles of different sizes of workpieces.After comparison,the results show that the fracture angle is stable in the selected four dimensions.But compared to the experimental conditions,the radius of the die is determined as 45 mm.Two point incremental forming performance test by using spherical material method.Choose four process parameters as experimental parameters,The influence of each parameter on the incremental formability of sheet metal is studied.The result is that the smaller the tool head diameter is,the better the formability is;The smaller the step length is,the worse the formability is;The higher the feed rate,the better the formability;The larger the sheet thickness is,the better the formability is.This paper also developed a new processing method to improve the forming performance: double point hammering incremental forming.Through the double point continuous contact incremental forming to improve the intermittent sheet metal contact hammer incremental forming,reducing the processing of the shear force,improve the sheet forming performance.In this paper,the precision of sheet metal forming is studied.Three kinds of different machining methods are used to process the same design model,namely,single point continuous contact incremental forming,double point continuous contact incremental forming and double point hammering incremental forming.Geomagic software is used to evaluate the wall thickness of the external contour fitting surface and the theoretical outer contour surface of the measured workpiece.The results show that the forming precision of the double point hammer incremental forming is the best,followed by the double point continuous contact incremental forming.The single point continuous contact incremental forming has the worst forming accuracy.The results show that the forming property of sheet metal is improved and the forming accuracy of sheet metal is improved by improving the processing method.In this paper,the incremental forming process of the accelerator pedal fixed plate is studied.Double point continuous contact incremental forming and double point hammering incremental forming are used to process the model.Measurement of forming precision of workpiece,The forming accuracy of the two methods is compared,It is found that the incremental forming accuracy of double point hammering is also higher than that of double point continuous contact incremental forming in actual automobile parts production.
