Nowadays,the exploitation of mineral resources development is still the basic industry to promote economic and social development,the safety production level of open-pit mining directly affects the production efficiency of mines,as well as the safety and social stability of the workers.Small and medium-sized outdoor quarries are widely distributed in china area,with a large number of equipment.Most of the equipment is old,the management is neglected,the technology is backward,and the security situation is not optimistic.Although the functions of the government departments at all levels to increase the supervision of production safety,the implementation of regional and intensive management methods for small and medium-sized quarries is very effective.However,many,small,scattered,chaotic,poor,the situation has not been fundamentally changed.There are some small quarries not according to the design,according to the standard top-down bench mining,It forms a high and steep slope,some even form a wall mining,and became major security risks.This paper focuses on the investigation of the small and medium-sized quarries in the Guangxi area.The paper focuses on the investigation of the actual situation of the small and medium-sized open-pit stone field operations in guangxi province.Some evidence through the Guangxi area more than 50 quarries,based on the characteristics of safe production in small open quarries in Guangxi,the main hazards and harmful factors of small open quarries in Guangxi area are analyzed on the basis of hazard identification and risk management,combined with the construction of risk control and hidden investigation and management research of "two systems",the implementation of standardized management of the risk of small quarries.To construct a systematic,standardized and information-based risk grading control system for forming points,lines and planes.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and extension theory are applied to the evaluation of the risk rating and control system construction of small open quarries,to construct a multi-level extension evaluation model of small quarries risk classification management system evaluation.Through software to calculate,and to guangxi pingguo in baise,nanning,liuzhou district of quarry for empirical research for the typical region,the effect of small quarry risk grading control system construction,and it has some reference significance to the development of the continuous safety of the stone field.The main results of this paper are:①This paper is entitled for the study of the application of the complex status of production systems with multiple levels,variables and factors of the open stone quarries.In this paper,the main hazard factors and risk management elements in the safety production of small open-pit quarry are clarified.② This paper isbased on the engineering background of the step mining parameters and mining status of the open stone quarries in a county in Guangxi province,Rockfall software is used to easily collapse rocks of the open stone quarries,and this paper was carried out by using numerical simulation method,analyzed the situation of the Rolling Stones,study of weight difference collapse stones rolling trajectories and energy difference analysis and caving rock velocity analysis,show that "one side wall" as a result of high and steep slope collapse stones energy and bounce the vast difference between the high and dangerous.③Builded a systematic safety standardization evaluation system by its corecontent and its design principle.Then we use AHP to generate the weight of every indicator.At last,we use extension theory to evaluate the safety standardization system and gain the result by MATLAB.④Will risk evaluation model is applied to small quarry hierarchical control system evaluation,it is concluded that small quarry risk level for level III(yellow),expressed as significant risk,need rectification,consistent with the actual,confirmed the feasibility of the risk classification model.
