With the rapid development of China's economy in recent years,the transport volume of dangerous goods has been increasing,and highway transportation has gradually become the main mode of transport of dangerous goods due to its "point-to-point" accessibility.However,due to the inflammable and explosive characteristics of dangerous goods,road transport of dangerous goods has great risks.If no effective supervision and disposal measures are taken,accidents are extremely likely to occur,which will cause huge losses to national and social public property.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the transport process of dangerous goods and build an emergency response system.Firstly this paper introduced the development status and the risk for dangerous goods transportation industry in China,and summarized overseas and domestic research status of risk assessment and emergency response system of dangerous goods transportation.Based on the risk assessment of the selected dangerous goods transportation sections,the objective weighting method-the CRITIC method was used to calculate weight of the risk indexes by comparing and analyzing several classical weighting methods.The weight of each risk index was combined with the subjective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the risk level of the road segment,which provided the reference for emergency decision making.Through the comparison of several simulation software,the ALOHA software was selected to analyze the consequences of liquid chlorine accidents to determine the leakage diffusion range.By changing the values of the parameters separately,the influence of external environmental factors(atmospheric stability,wind speed,temperature,and humidity)and internal parameters(leakage aperture,liquid chlorine loading quality,leakage position)on the diffusion range is obtained.The diffusion range diagram of the simulated accident output by the software is displayed in real time through the Google Earth software,and relevant layers such as roads,waters,residential areas,villages and factories are superimposed to visually display the surrounding environment conditions of the accident site,so as to help rescuers accurately judge the rescue sequence and determine the rescue plan.Finally,combined with the previous risk assessment and accident simulation results,the safety emergency system for dangerous goods road transportation is improved from the two aspects of emergency plan and emergency rescue system,so as to construct a complete road safety guarantee mechanism for dangerous goods.Through the risk assessment of dangerous goods transportation sections and the simulation analysis of accident consequences,and constructing emergency plans accordingly.It has important guiding significance for improving road transport safety and emergency disposal capacity of dangerous goods,and reducing casualties and property losses caused by sudden accidents.
