In 2016,the volume of paper and paperboard production in China was 108,550,000 tons.Waste paper was used for material had reached 65%,but problems of unstability about Stickies were brought to waste paper recycling,so to study the instability of microstickies in white water had became an important practical significance.But current researches were limited,which ignored the complex relationship of the environmental factors in the system,also there wasn't to monitor its change of physicachemical indicators and the influence between them in real-time.Accordingly,this paper was shown the changes of physicachemical condition,like pH value,salt concentration,stirring speed,temperature and so on,meanwhile monitoring the physical and chemical indicators about microstickies in real-time,like number,size,turbidity,conductivity,Zeta potential and so on,that were to reveal instability mechanism of microstickies.The results of experimental shown that the stability of microstickies have obvious relationship with pH value,inorganic salt concentration,stirring speed and temperature.In acidic conditions,microstickies were came to reversible flocculation,when the pH=4.70,it was flocculating,but when pH=3.00,microstickies were came to irreversible coagulation.In alkaline conditions,the trend of microstickies was dispersed,when the pH=11.74,a part of microstickies come to flocculation.Moreover,adding salt,microstickies in the new white water were came to condensation,found that when the white water contained about 63.16 g of 1%NaCl(about CNaci=0.00579 mol/L),DCS and smaller microstickies were coagulating.The stirring speed is low(less than 300rpm),colloidal substances(CS)and microstickies were aggregating which can't be effectively scattered.With the increase of the stirring speed(in 350 rpm,400 rpm),a part of the combination of microstickies unstable were dispersed into the smaller pellet,but the stirring speed was more than 400 rpm,the scattering and coagulation increases at the same time.Changing temperature,the effect is relatively small at 30°C-50°C,microstickies were aggregating,50°C-60°C began to appear larger microstickies,60°C-80°C,the white water system lost stability,when had became some macrostickies.Finally,summarize these laboratory indicators,make up a initial safety warning system of microstickies,which provides theoretical support for white water system in factories.
