Docosahenoic acid(DHA)has many important physiological functions.Because it is difficult to synthesize in body,it was only intaked through food.Schizochytrium sp.is a marine fungus,its intracellular DHA content is high,they are microbial resources with highly industrialized production prospects and economic valu as a new source of DHA.It has the advantages of stable fermentation technology,mature fermentation process and high yield and high DHA content in oil to use microorganism as substitution resource and substitute fish oil to produce DHA.The main research content of this paper is to optimize its fermentation process to obtain higher yield of DHA,by studying the influence of medium,dissolved oxygen,pH,temperature and other parameters on cell growth and DHA concentration,the process parameters of fermentation algal oil DHA were obtained by measuring the concentration of target product at the end of fermentation.In the fermentation tank of 45 m3,the process of enlarging production was validated to solve the problem during the amplification,and the optimization process of high output on the commercial fermentation tank was obtained.DHA content was more than 50% according to this research process.Total oil reached above 50g/L,DHA concentration reached above 25g/L,So it effectively reduced production energy consumption,showing good operability and very considerable DHA production efficiency.
