Disperse dye washing-free printing is the combination of disperse dye direct printing and pigment printing,which has the advantages of good color fastness like direct printing and high efficiently,environmentally friendly like pigment printing,thus disperse dye washing-free printing is a high efficient and environmental protection printing process.Polyacrylate is commonly used as a pigment binder,application direct in disperse dye washing-free printing caused the dye migrate difficulty in the film and the printed fabric with a low color yield and poor color fastness.In this paper,we choosed acrylate monomers which was suitable for washing-free printing based on dyeing mechanism.A small solubility parameter polysiloxane was used to modified polyacrylate for enhancing the mobility of disperse dye in printing films to improve the color yield and color fastness of printed fabric.In this paper,a novel silicone-modified polyacrylate was synthesized and applied in washing-free printing.The printed fabric had a high color yield and an excellent rubbing fastness.The specific research contents and results are as following:Part 1:The synthesis,characterization and application of polyacrylate binder for washing-free printing.By studying the relationship between monomer solubility parameters and the color yield of printed fabrics,selecting the high printing yield ethyl hexyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate as the monomers of polyacrylate binder,the polyacrylate was synthesized by mini-emulsion polymerization and applied in washing-free printing.Studied the influence of acrylate monomer different proportion on printing color yield and the mechanical properties of the film.Explored the influence of compound emulsifiers ratio and dosage in emulsion polymerization on the emulation and film performance.The structure and properties of polyacrylate were characterized and tested by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The results showed that when the quality of ethyl hexyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate was 11:9,the polyacrylate emulsion had ahigh printing color yield and the polyacrylate film had an excellent mechanical property.Under the condition of quality ratio of compound emulsifier(SDS:O-10:V-20S)was 1.5:1:1,6% emulsifier-to-monomer,the mini-emulsion polymerization process was stable,the emulsion particle size was small and distribution was narrow,the emulsion stability was good,the polyacrylate film had excellent mechanical properties.The washing-free printing results showed that the K/S value of the printed fabric was 17.37,the dry rubbing fastness reached grade 4,the wet rubbing fastness reached grade 3.Part 2 : The synthesis,characterization and application of silicone modified polyacrylate binder for washing-free printing.In order to further improve the color yield and rubbing fastness of washing-free printed fabrics.The vinyl terminated polysiloxane was synthesized from Octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane and1,3-divinyl-1,1,3,3-tetramethyldisiloxane,it was used to modified polyacrylate to reduce the parameter solubility of polyacrylate and improve the color yield of printed fabric.The effects of molecular weight and dosage of vinyl terminated polysiloxane on the printing performances of modified polyacrylate were studied.The structure and properties of modified polyacrylate were characterized and tested.Results showed that with the increase of polysiloxane molecular mass,the modified polyacrylate emulsion printing fabric color yield increased at first and decreased in the last period,the rubbing fastness of printed fabric increased first and tended to a constant value;With the increase of the polysiloxane amount,the color yield of printed fabric decreased after the first rise,and the rubbing fastness increased first and then tended to a steady value.When the average molecular weight of vinyl terminated polysiloxane was 4313g/mol and the dosage was 4%,the K/S value of the modified polyacrylate binder printed fabric reached 19.39,the dry rubbing fastness was above grade 4,and the wet rubbing fastness reached grade 4.The FT-IR results showed that vinyl terminated polysiloxane and acrylate monomers had completed polymerization.DSC and TG tests showed that the modified polyacrylate film had a low glass transition temperature and a good heat resistance.XPS test results showed that the silicone in polyacrylate film occurred migration and enrichment in baking process.Water contact angle test results showed that the surface hydrophobicity of modified polyacrylate films increased after baking.The diffusivity test results of disperse dye in the film showed that the modified polyacrylate film had an ability to promote the directional migration of dyes in the film.The proper molecular weight organosilicone modified polyacrylate can achieve dye directional migration in the film and improve the color yield and wet rubbing fastness of printed fabric.Part 3 : The application of organosilicon modified polyacrylate emulsion in polyester washing-free printing.The silicone modified polyacrylate emulsion was applied in disperse dye washing-free printing.The influence of binder dosage,curing temperature and curing time on color yield,rubbing fastness were studied,optimized washing-free printing technology and compared the printing behaviors with several similar commercial binders.The results showed that when the dosage of binder was10%,baking temperature was 190?,baking time was 180 s,the K/S value of printing fabric reached 19.39,the dry rubbing fastness was above grade 4,the wet rubbing fastness reached grade 4.Comparing with several similar commercial binders,the self-made silicone modified polyacrylate binder had a high color yield,high rubbing fastness and soft handle.The self-made organosilicone modified polyacrlate binder has an excellent printing performance,which is suitable for disperse dye washing-free printing on polyester.The research showed that the organosilicone modified polyacrylate binder was synthesized with ethyl hexyl acrylate,Methyl methacrylate and Vinyl terminated polysiloxane by mini-emulsion polymerization,it can be used as washing-free printing binder,which can distinct improve the color yield and rubbing fastness of printing fabric and endow the fabric a soft and smooth hand.
