Basketball is a group and competitive sports,which is deeply loved by college students in its unique way.However,many basketball activities tend to be intense,and the muscles are in a state of intense vibration for long periods of time,which can cause muscle soreness and muscle strain.And basketball requires people use knee joint to take-off and landing?sudden acceleration and emergency stop,so it is easy to cause joint damage.However,with the improvement of people's self-protection consciousness,it is gradually realized that wearing knee pads can prevent knee injury or reduce the degree of knee joint injury.The setting of clothing pressure can reduces the vibration of the muscles.Usually the research of basketball clothes is about the thermal and moisture comfort of fabric.Therefore,for basketball uniforms,protection performance and functional increase is very necessary.In this paper,3D Dynamic Capture Systerm is used to explore the protective effect of different knee pads on the flexion angle,abduction angle and internal rotation angle of knee joint.Finding the best protective knee structure.Use the surface EMG to measure the intensity of muscular movement.Looking for the main force muscles to pressurize,Finally,a basketball suit which combines protection,function and comfort is developed.Through literature research and market research,select three different keen pads,namely bandage knee pads,elastic knee pads and semi rigid knee pads.Through literature research and expert interviews,select two basketball movements,namely stop jump shot and rebound.Firstly,through 3D Dynamic Capture Systerm experiment,the change of the joint angle under the situation of fast stop jump shot and rebounds is explored.Finally,one-way ANOVA model method was adopted to analyze the protective effect on the peak knee flexion angle,peak knee abduction angle and peak knee extorsion angle of different conditions.The paper obtains the following conclusion:(1)During the stop jump shot and rebound,compared with no protection,the knee flexion abduction angle and outer rotation angle under three knee pads were significantly reduced.(2)Whether during stop jump shot or rebound,compared with no protection,the peak knee flexion angle of the protection under elastic knee pad,bandage knee pad and semi rigid knee pad are obviously reduced.(3)Whether during stop jump shot or rebound,compared with no protection,The peak knee abduction angle and peak knee extorsion angle under the protection of bandage knee pad and semi rigid knee pad are obviously reduced.Among them,the angle reduction of semi rigid knee pad is more remarkable;No statistical differences of protection performence between the bandage knee brace and semi-rigid knee brace groups were found;No statistical differences of protection performence between the elastic knee brace and no knee brace groups were found.Through reading the literature,Gastrocnemius muscle medial,Tibialis Anterior muscle,Gastrocnemius muscle lateral,Rectus Femoris muscle and Two biceps femoris muscle were selected as the object of study.Use the surface EMG to measure the intensity of muscular movement.The root mean square was selected for analysis,Results show that:(1)During stop jump shot,the order of the Intensity of muscle activity was Gastrocnemius muscle lateral >Rectus femoris muscle>Gastrocnemius muscle medial>Tibialis Anterior muscle>Two biceps femoris muscle.(2)During rebound,the order of the Intensity of muscle activity was Gastrocnemius muscle lateral>Gastrocnemius muscle medial>Tibialis Anterior muscle>Rectus femoris muscle>Two biceps femoris muscle.According to market research,Select three kinds of common knee protection fabrics and four kinds of fabrics used as sportswear to test their wear performance.Choose the right fabric and combined with the heat and moisture function partition and the partition of muscle function,Finally,a functional basketball suit which combines comfort and protection is developed.Through subjective evaluation and objective evaluation,it is proved that the developed functional basketball suit is comfortable and protective.The research of this paper makes up for the vacancy of the functional research of basketball clothes,and also provides a reference for the safety of basketball.
