Along with the development of technological advance,the scientists probed deeply into chiral compounds,the requirement of optically pure chiral compounds increased every day,how to acquire optically pure chiral compounds high efficiently became a research topic in medicinal chemistry and biological chemistry.Chiral resolution method as a rapid development has been one of the most commonly used method to obtain optically pure chiral compounds,the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),as the most efficient chiral resolution method,has been widely used in production and application.The core technology of high performance liquid chromatography is chiral stationary phase(CSP).A series of polysaccharide CSPs has been commercialized because of its excellent chiral resolution performance.In this research,2-,3-hydroxyl of cellulose and amylose was substituted with three kinds of carbamate group,and 6-hydroxyl was substituted with fullerene caproate,six kinds of fullerene polysaccharide derivatives were prepared and analyzed the chemical structure with fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).The obtained fullerene polysaccharide derivatives were coated onto the surface of chromatography matrix aminopropyl silica gel to prepare a series of CSPs,10 kinds of enantiomers were used to evaluate the chiral separation ability of the CSPs by HPLC.The results showed that the prepared fullerene polysaccharide derivatives CSPs had good chiral recognition ability towards the selected enantiomers,the effect of different 2-,3-groups were essential for chiral recognition ability of the CSPs.At the same time,the introduction of fullerene group enhanced the solvent tolerance of the CSPs,chloroform and tetrahydrofuran can used as the mobile phase additives.By the addition of polar solvent to adjust the mobile phase composition,the separation results of some enantiomers increased,which provides more choices for chiral separation.
