With the growth in the living standard,some essence frequently used in the daily life.However,the volatiling and short duraion of it perplexed the users.This paper is about how to transfer the essence into microencapsulation,for improving the slow-release property and the water resistance of it and so on.The paper mainly train of thought of the researchs is:the synthesis condition's choice the representation of the microencapsulation finishing it to the cotton fabric test the finishing result and so on.Essence as core,PVA or UF resin as sheath be synthesized by interfacial or local polymerization which make micron order perfume capsule.What the experiment research is about factors for example "sheath/core"ratio?the amount of emulsifier?clathration's temperature and clathration's time how to influence the embedding.Then some test technique for example laser-scattering grain fineness distribution instrument?electron scanning microscope(SEM)and infrared spectrometer and so on to the representation of microcapsule's structures,and analysize the homogeneity of the diameter of particles and the embedding of the microcapsule.At the same time,explore the formula and technological process of the microcapsulation finishing to the cotton fabric.It can use the impregnation or padding method to finish it into the fabric separately.Using UV light spectrophotometer to measure tech-sustained release performance,the metnod of the exposure to the nature and machine washing can measure the sustianed release and resistant to washing also,and the effective is excellent.The experiment indicate that for the rose microcapsule under the condition which the temperature is 45 ?,the time is 2.5 hour,the mount of rose is 2g,PVA is 2g,emulgator is 0.15ml,the volme of HCl is 0.15ml,glutaraldehyde is 2ml;for the lavender microcapsule UF resin/lavender=1:1,emulgator is a compound the Tween-80:Span-80=1:1,their diameter are 1?100?m,the median size of rose is 20.7128?m and lavender's is 47.7252?m,the tow's homogeneity,dispersity,embedding rate are excellent.The finished cotton fabric can explore to the nature 141 days,and which can be washed 13 times.Which abroaden the application fields of the fabric,of course can advance it's added value.
