| Surface treatment of materials could not always satisfy the standard of Sa2.5,during the process of steel material painting construction.Sometimes the rust of material is removed by hand.Therefore,it is necessary to research the residual rust coating.In this paper,phytic acid is grafted to the molecule chain of Epoxy resin through chemical synthesis.A kind of modified resin with rust conversion ability is obtained.In this paper,the synthesis process parameter of modified Epoxy resin by phytic acid is researched.The solvent and curing agent of modified resin is confirmed.The influence of modified resin addition to the coating corrosion resisting property is researched.The main work of this paper includes:(1)The chemical synthesis between Epoxy resin and phytic acid is proceeded and the synthesis process is confirmed.(2)The influence of butyl cellosolve(BCS)and absolute ethyl alcohol as solvent of modified resin to the coating performance is researched as well as the influence of polyamide 651 and Cardolite 2015 as curing agent of residual rust coating with the addition of modified resin.Ethyl alcohol is confirmed as the solvent of modified resin.And Cardolite 2015 is confirmed as the curing agent for the coating.(3)The Pull-Off adhesion of the coating with modified resin is higher than that of varnish coating.Water Absorption and EIS result indicate,although the addition of modified resin increases the hydrophily of coating,the modified resin could improve the cross-linking of coating and the reaction between modified resin and rust could make new shielding layer formed,which made the corrosion resistance property increased.The coating with 20% modified resin possesses the best corrosion resistance property. |
