In recent years,the electronic devices develops to lightweight,functional direction,the substrate for flexible printing electronic technology like paper,plastic,has been widespread.The introduction of nano-conductive ink sintered at low temperature to achieve mechanical and electrical connections overcomes the traditional methods which is complex,energy consumption,environmental unfriendly.In this paper,nano-plate/nano-particle composite conductive ink was developed,sintered at low temperature,and study the bonding mechanism,packaging technology,and evaluation technology to ensure long-term reliable work.In this paper,reduction of silver nitrate was carried out by chemical reduction method,using strong reducing agent NaBH4 and weak reducing agent DMF.PVP was used as surface active agent and morphology control agent.The molar ratio of different PVP/AgNO3 was 1:1,different reaction temperature and reaction time on the morphology of the synthesized nanosilver silver nanoparticles were obtained.The nano-silver plates and nano-silver particles in a certain proportion of mixed conductive metal conductive filler,using two common printing method ink-jet printing and direct writing to get smooth,uniform ink layer.The optimum sintering temperature was 120?,and the best sintering time was 30min.Under the optimum sintering conditions,the effects of sintering temperature and sintering time on the electrical properties of the conductive coatings were investigated.When the mixing ratio of nano-silver and nano-silver particles is 1:1,the resistivity of nano-silver conductive ink is only 1.18?/?,which is about 1/30 that of common silver conductive ink,1/10 of pure silver nanoparticles conductive ink.The results show that the nano-silver conductive ink coating has good mechanical strength,mechanical flexibility and fatigue resistance by testing the tear resistance,bending test and nanoindentation test of the mixed nano-silver ink coating.Through the luminous test,The hybrid conductive ink based on the direct writing process has good electrical conductivity after heat treatment and is widely used.
