China is a major producer of aluminum wheels in the world.In order to further improve the performance of the product,Tianjin tianduan press Co.,Ltd.developed a high performance aluminum alloy automobile wheel forging CNC production line which is named ZS-THP11-6000+12000+800.The purpose of this paper is to develop a set of dynamic monitoring & control system of production line to meet the needs of production management.Firstly,according to the production needs,the overall scheme of the automatic production line dynamic monitoring system of aluminum alloy wheel hub forging is determined,including the design goal and requirements,the monitoring program,the monitoring stations to choose,monitoring information processing and so on.Secondly,key control circuit design,including the production line of hydraulic control,robot control,heating furnace temperature control,etc..Finally,system debugging and trial operation,find and solve the problems,and ultimately ensure that the aluminum alloy wheel forging automation production line normal running smoothly..Through the research,our paper proposed a Aluminum Alloy hub forging automatic production line monitoring and control scheme based on WinCC and S7-400.Through a variety of sensors to monitor the system to provide the complete signal data.With PLC as the core of the production line control center.Is responsible for operation,collecting signal comparison,compiled,and the position of production line,pressure real-time dynamic monitoring,etc.Through the WinCC implements data acquisition,storage,alarm,print,trends show,and other functions.The main contribution of this paper has two aspects: first,the S7-400 and WinCC configuration software control method in line dynamic monitoring and control system Aluminum Alloy hub forging production automation,realizes the control of each device node,effectively reducing the cost,solves the unstable problem of transmission;Second,through the field of Profibus,improve the work efficiency,reduce the aluminum alloy wheel forging automation production line in the production process of the failure rate.Develop the test and operation monitoring system has been the scene of the user.Fault fast response,improve the production efficiency,reduce the production cost,improve the technical level of the whole production line.The running results show that the system can meet the demand of aluminium alloy wheel manufacturers production.
