In this paper, inorganic organic composite flat membrane named Na2S2O8@PVDF-g-PDMAEMA/PVDF was prepared by Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization(ATRP)and Nonsolvent induced phase transformation(NIPS)and Impregnation method.Na2S2O8@PVDF-g-PDMAEMA/PVDF used in MCR to advanced oxidation and removal of antibiotic ofloxacin in water OFLX by filtration. Then by XRD?FTIR?SEM and Membrane contact angle testing. The reselts show that inorganic Na2S208 can be loaded on organic PVDF film by using ATRP,NIPS and impregnation method; The formation of Na2S2O8@PVDF-g-PDMAEMA/PVDF belongs to instantaneous phase separation,it has a porous surface and a combination of a finger hole and a spongy pore and increased hydrophilicity. The results showed that the ultrafiltration membrane When the initial concentration of ofloxacin was 5mg/L,The removal rate of ultrafiltration membrane can reach 54.2%after 30min operation. The Na2S208@PVDF-g-PDMAEMA/PVDF ultrafiltration membrane flux was increased from 916.67 L-(m2·h)-1 to 1025 L-(m2·h)-1 and anti pollution improvement but mechanical properties need to be improved.
