Solid electrolyte has been used widely in hydrogen fuel cells,sensor,hydrogen pump,catalyst,and other fields.SrCe1-xbxO3-? has high ionic conductivity and proton transfer number.Besides it has a good sintering performance.Previous studies have investigated the effect of the doping amount on the conductivity of SrCe1-xYbxO3-?,but the effect of doping amount on the proton transfer number has not been systematically studied which determines the work temperature of proton conductor material.This paper has carried out a systematic study on the proton transfer number of the SrCe1-xYbxO3-? proton conductor.In this study,SrCe1-xYbxO3-? were prepared by high temperature solid state synthesis and citric acid nitrate method respectively.The analysis of particle size,density analysis,metallographic analysis,Raman spectroscopy,UV spectroscopy of material properties were characterized.This paper studed the influence of sintering temperature,the doping amount on the electrical conductivity,and determine the proton transfer number.The relationship of doping amount and proton transport number are discussed.The main results of the study are as follows:1.XRD results showed that the SrC1-xYbxO3-?(x=0.025,0.1,0.05,0.15)proton conductor was successfully prepared.2.The relative density of SrCe1-xYbxO3-? proton conductors sintered at different temperature were determined.The results show that the relative density are above 96%.The influence of the doping amount and sintering temperature of SrCe1-xYbxO3-? on the grain size was analyzed.The study found that grain size was less affected by doping amount,mainly affected by the sintering temperature,the higher sintering temperature,the larger grain size.3.This thesis analyzes the vibration of O2-and O-B-O chemical bond of SrCe1-xYbxO3-?powder measured by Raman spectrum.The absorption edge wavelength of of SrCe1-xYbxO3-?powder has been measured by ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflection spectrum,and the forbidden band width of materials were calculated.The forbidden band width of doping amount x=0.05 has the maximum.4.The conductivity of SrCe1-xYbxO3-? solid electrolyte in 2%hydrogen-argon atmosphere were mearsured at(400?850)?.The results show that the conductivity of SrCe1-xYbxO3-? increase first and then decrease with the increase of doping amount,while SrCe0.9Yb0.1O3-? has the maximum;the conductivity of SrCe1-xYbxO3-? increase first and then decrease with the increase of sintering temperature,the conductivity has the maximum when the sintering temperature is 1550?.5.After data fitting and calculation,Arrhenius equation and conductance activation energy of SrCe1-xYbxO3-? have been concluded,the conductance activation energy of SrCe1-xYbxO3-? is between(0.5?0.8)eV.6.Proton transfer number of SrCe1-xYbxO3-? solid electrolyte were measured at(400?1000)?,the results show that SrCe0.95Yb0.05O3-? has the highest proton transfer number,the proton transfer number remain above 0.99 at 800??...
