A series of Strontium Hafnate-based Proton Conductors were prepared by hightemperature solid reaction.Then the sintering properties,electrical conductivity and chemical stability of them were systematically studied,and a novel mixed proton conductor hydrogen permeable membrane was prepared.The structure,morphology and electrical conductivity of the samples were characterized by the techniques of XRD,SEM,EIS and FEM.The chemical stability in CO2,H2,H2O,H2S,wet air and hydrogen permeability of the samples were measured.The Sr Hf1-xYbxO3-??x=0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25,0.30??SHYb?were prepared.The XRD pattern and SEM images show that the samples all form simple perovskite and dense structure.The total conductivity of Sr Hf0.85Yb0.15O?3-??in humid air can reach4.46×10-3S·cm-1 at 700 ?.The sample has good chemical stability in H2O,wet air,CO2,H2S and H2 atmospheres.The Sr Hf0.85Yb0.15O3-? hydrogen membrane has a hydrogen permeability of 0.0255 m L·min-1·cm-2 at 900 ? and 70% H2/He.Sr Hf0.8Y0.2-xYbxO3-??x=0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20?samples were prepared.The XRD pattern and SEM images show that the samples all form simple perovskite and dense structure.The total conductivity of Sr Hf0.8Yb0.2O3-? is 3.68×10-3 S·cm-1 at 700 ? in wet air.The sample has good chemical stability in CO2,H2,H2O,H2S and wet air atmospheres.The dual-phase mixed proton-electron conductors Sr Hf0.8Yb0.2O3-?-SrFeO3?mass ratio 70:30,80:20,90:10?are prepared based on the Sr Hf0.8Yb0.2O3-? proton conducting phase and SrFeO3 electronic conducting phase.The XRD pattern and SEM images show that the samples form solid solution and dense structure.The conductivity of Sr Hf0.8Yb0.2O3-?-SrFeO3?70:30?at 700 ? is 1.65×10-1 S·cm-1 in wet air.The samples have good chemical stability in H2O,wet air,CO2,H2S and H2 atmospheres.The SrHf0.8Yb0.2O3-?-SrFeO3?80:20?hydrogen membrane has a hydrogen permeability of0.6512 m L·min-1·cm-2 at 900 ? and 70% H2/He.Figure 33;Table 6;Reference 87...
