In terms of natural gas transport pipeline has a unique advantage,Natural Gas Pipeline has become the lifeblood of modern industry and the national economy,showing a trend of rapid development.Pipeline multiple buried,for safety reasons,it is necessary to use the detector to detect pipeline.When running on gas pipeline,because large and unstable operating gas velocity for more precise detection of the pipeline is completed,the detector needs to be a reasonable speed adjustment.In order to obtain a more stable discharge regulation method,the existing internal detector type of speed control is analyzed and discussed,and two commonly used speed adjustment types(telescopic and rotary-disc)are summarized.In order to study the flow field in the discharge state,a fluid domain model is established and the mesh is divided.Three different opening degrees were used to simulate the two kinds of discharge flow.The pressure,velocity,turbulence intensity and noise spectrum intensity of the flow field are analyzed.Retractable discharge adjustment due to the discharge to the outside of both sides of the discharge section,through the flow distribution characteristics analysis,we can see that the range of differential pressure adjustment is small,while the downstream flow field is difficult to achieve a longer distance;The discharge velocity and turbulence intensity of the turntable discharge regulation have a great influence on the downstream.At the same time due to the characteristics of their own discharge,the maximum discharge area is limited,about 10%,which largely limits the speed adjustment range.When the natural gas flow rate is too high,the limited discharge area reduces the speed performance.Based on the above research results,the improvement of the discharge regulation method,the introduction of the flap discharge regulation.The improved flow field and noise spectrum analysis are carried out,and the improved discharge flow method is compared with the calculation results of telescopic and rotary discs,and the effectiveness of the improved method is verified.
