| At present,the antifouling coatings on the market mainly use cuprous oxide as antifouling agent.A large number of antifouling coatings using cuprous oxide as antifouling agents.It will pollute the marine environment.With the improvement of human awareness of environmental protection,environmental friendly antifouling coating has become a hot topic.The polyurethane containing polyethylene glycol(PEG)is highly hydrophilic and can form a layer of hydrated layer with water molecules through hydrogen bond association.The hydration layer can be isolated to reduce the adsorption of the surface contaminated material on the ship,so as to achieve the antifouling effect.And the polyurethane is nontoxic and does not pollute the marine environment.In this paper,We use isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polyethylene glycol(PEG)and poly propylene glycol(PPG),1,4-butanediol(BDO),polyether polyol three(HSH330),two lauric acid two tributyltin(TBTDL)has synthesized a series of hydrophilic connection structure of polyurethane as catalyst.Two series of PEG polyurethane were prepared by changing the content of PEG in the soft segment and the content of the crosslinker.The molecular structure and infrared spectroscopy were used to test analysis of polyurethane coatings by using X ray diffraction spectrometer and crystallization analysis of polyurethane coatings by differential scanning calorimetry to determine the glass transition temperature of polyurethane coating,surface morphology using confocal laser scanning microscope test of polyurethane coating.The hydrophilic property was analyzed by measuring the dynamic water contact angle of the polyurethane coating.The crosslinking degree of the coating was analyzed by measuring the gel rate of the polyurethane coating.The water resistance of the polyurethane coating was analyzed by the test of swelling degree and seawater immersion test.The mechanical properties of the coating were analyzed by the tensile test and the experiment of 100%deformation rate.The results show that PEG-IPDI polyurethane has microphase separation,which is amorphous structure.With the increase of PEG content in polyurethane soft segment,the glass transition temperature of polyurethane decreases,indicating that the degree of microphase separation increases.The surface hydrophilicity of the material is enhanced,the equilibrium swelling degree is increased and the water resistance is decreased.The tensile strength of polyurethane decreases,the elongation at break increases,the 100%elongation deformation rate increases,and the mechanical properties weaken.With the increase of the content of the crosslinking agent,the glass temperature of the polyurethane coating increases,the degree of crosslinking increases and the surface hydrophilicity of the material decreases slightly.The equilibrium swelling degree is reduced and the water resistance is improved.The tensile strength of polyurethane increases,the elongation at break decreases,the 100%elongation deforming rate decreases,and the mechanical properties are enhanced.The results show that when the PEG content of the soft segment is 35 wt%~45 wt%,and the HSH330 content of the crosslinking agent polyether three alcohol is 10 wt%-13 wt%,the coating has better hydrophilicity and water resistance,and the comprehensive property is the best. |
