Polyurethane elastomer is a kind of polymer organic material,mainly be prepared based on polyols,polyisocyanates and chain extenders.Its formulations varied,adjustable hardness and excellent wear resistance.The life and production has been widely used.Antisticking polyurethane elastomer has a good surface antisticking properties,be used as shock absorbers,antisticking plates and chute materials in mines,coal mines and steel companies,can avoid a lot of material sticking to it,lower workers large number of labor and improve production efficiency,but also play a role in damping noise canceling,reducing noise pollution enterprises.In this article,nonpolar and low surface energy materials(such as silane compounds,fluorine-containing compounds and graphite)will be uniformly dispersed in the polyether polyol(PPG),with toluene diisocyanate(TDI-80,TDI-100)and 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diaminodiphenyl-methane(MOCA)sulfiding and generating antisticking polyurethane elastomer.We discuss different nonpolar and low surface energy materials,its dosage,relative molecular weight of polyether polyol,the content of-NCO,different ratio of TDI on mechanical properties and surface properties of the polyurethane elastomer,find the best technological conditions and characterize its structure and performance?The experimental results showed that:adding fluorocarbon additives in the polyurethane elastomer was more effective in reducing the surface tension of the polyurethane elastomer and antisticking effect was the best.The resulting antisticking polyurethane mechanical properties was good and the contact angle with water was 101.2°.When fluorocarbon additive was 0.6%,the content of-NCO was 5%,relative molecular weight was 1500,the ratio of TDI-100:TDI-80 was 6:4,the content of graphite was 0.2%,while the operation time was moderate,the production cost was not high.IR spectra analysis,the polyurethane prepolymer in-NCO 2279cm-1 absorption peak disappeared,indicating with MOCA reaction synthesizing polyurethane elastomer.Thermal analysis showed that adding fluorocarbon additives to improve heat resistance.Dynamic mechanical analysis showed that fluorocarbon additives be added to promote the mutual movement between molecular chains,so that the frictional force between the molecular chains to reduce,can enhanced polyurethane elastomeric material's antisticking and damping,noise reduction.Polyester antisticking polyurethane elastomer is prepared based on polyester polyols,diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI-50)and 1,4-butanediol,mainly research the effect of polyester molecular weight,the content of-NCO,prepolymer maturing time,the presence or absence of retarders,hot or cold feeding methods,the temperature of the prepolymer,the temperature of 1,4-butanediol and the chain extender coefficient on performance of the polyurethane elastomer,obtain optimal process production conditions,and then add to nonpolar and low surface energy materials,and characterization.The experimental results showde that:synthesis of polyester polyurethane prepolymer needed to place 24h at 90? to reach a steady state.Adding a little retarder can inhibited other side effects and MDI-50 the heat feeding method was better than cold feeding method.Prepolymer optimum reaction temperature was 90? and the temperature too high or low was not conducive to their mechanical properties.The system of linear elastic body,less cross-linked,mechanical properties was best when the chain extender was 40? and the chain extender coefficient was 0.95.Adding non-polar and low surface energy materials,antisticking performance was better.Dynamic mechanical analysis,polyester polyurethane glass transition temperature was-4.5? and had good low temperature resistance and mechanical properties.Currently,antisticking polyurethane elastomer research work has been completed and has been achieved industrialization.Polyurethane elastomer's wear resistance and hardness are closely related,mainly discuss the effect of diisocyanate categories and quality of isocyanate content,aggregation glycol category and relative molecular mass and solid additives on the properties of polyurethane elastomer wear-resisting.The experimental results showed that:in three diol as raw material,the relative molecular weight for 1000,when the-NCO content was too high,hardness would increase,the wear resistance of PUE would decrease.Compared to three isocyanate,the wear resistance of toluene diisocyanate(TDI-100)type PUE was best,followed by toluene diisocyanate(TDI-80)type PUE,diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI-50)type PUE was poorer.With the relati-ve molecular weight decreaseing,the hardness reduced,the wear resistance becomed good.Compared to three diols,the wear resistance of polyester diol(PEA)type PJE was best,followed by polytetrahydrofuran diol(PTMG)type PUE,polyethylene oxide propylene glycols(PPG)type PUE was poorer.
