With the increasing demand for mineral resources,deep mining has become the trend of the future development of mining.Thermal harm governance has become one of the most important issues needed to be resolved in deep mining.Under the continuous high temperature,personnel health and working ability will be greatly affected,resulting in the decline of labor productivity,the rate rising of underground accident,and endangering the safety of production.So studies on thermal harm and control methods have great significance.This paper carried out the research on the thermal harm and control methods on the basis of Sanshandao Gold Mine.First,adopting the field monitoring method to investigate the thermal environment parameters such as air speed,air temperature,water temperature and humidity in different levels of deep underground to obtain the changing laws of air speed and air temperature in underground tunnel.At the same time,adopting the steady-state method to study the thermal conductivity of rocks from different levels of underground tunnels in laboratory.On the basis of field investigation and experiments above,to carry out the statistics of heat source and heat release in the deep underground of Sanshandao Gold Mine and conclude the main reason of thermal harm in the different levels of deep underground.Using questionnaire survey to research the effects of different levels of deep underground to workers' psychology(comfort,anxiety degree,and fatigue degree)and vital signs(body temperature,blood pressure,pulse,breath,blood oxygen content),which provides basis for improvements of working environment and mine refrigeration and cooling.Finally,according to the calculation of the air volume needed in the working area of Sanshandao Gold Mine to analyze the deficiencies of the existing ventilation system and put forward optimum proposals for the existing ventilation system on this base,and search for refrigeration cooling technology for heat harm in-645m and-780m level according to its causes.Then proceed the project design and on-site industrial test on the basis of the actual production status.
