With the continuous mining of mineral resources, the depth exploitation of mine becomes an inevitable trend. Thermal pollution is one of the major hazards endangering in mine safety. There are several problems in the traditional mine hot in management methods: the high cost of initial investment and operation,in the process of running has noise pollution and refrigeration effect is bad, with the change of working face, mobile refrigeration equipment and installation is very difficult, and hidden safe trouble and so on. At the same time as the individual protective equipment, cooling high temperature service is gradually rising. In the open space, environment and some special occasions, air cooled suit has incomparable advantages. Based on the above analysis, this paper has carried on the related exploration on the cool suit applied in mine thermal environment, hope to provide a beneficial reference for the control of mine heat harm.The content of this article contains the following four aspects:1. This test proposed air cooled suit individual protection method and the way aimed at the current problems of management in mine heat harm. Based on the summary of the current application status of cool suits, this paper analys es the possibility of application in the mine in thermal environment.2. Analysis the cooling mechanism of the human micro climate drop in thermal environment, based on the biological thermodynamics, heat transfer principle. Combined with the micro climate of body cooling mechanism analysis, designing air cooled clothing structure in the high temperature thermal environment, determining the use of air-cooled clothing form.And analyzed the application solutions under mine thermal environment.3. Combined with the body cooling mechanism, analysis the heat transfer, established the mathematical model of heat transfer of air cooling garment. Analysis of the impact of air cooling garment factor affecting the cooling performance and numerical simulation, results show that:(1) Cooling capacity increases with the increase of ventilation air flow, but the flow should not too large. In guarantee heat dissipating capacity to meet demand, to ensure that the positive pressure protective clothing in a certain range.(2) The lower the Intake air temperature, humidity, the larger the cooling capacity of clothing is, but should not be too low; Ventilation air flow humidity to cool suit effects are more significant than temperature.(3) The smaller the outer clothing thermal resistance is, the faster the cooling rate.(4) The higher environment temperature, the temperature of inner and outer layer of clothes are higher, and the growth rate of inner temperature is greater than the outer garment.4. An air-cooled suits experimental system for test the performance of air-cooled suits was designed and established. Effects of the inlet air pressure, valve opening, inlet temperature on the cooling performance are analyzed. The experimental results show that:(1) The cold end of the vortex tube outlet temperature is lower and lower with the increase of pressure, the cooling effect is more and more good; And cooling performance of air cooled uniform with the increase of inlet pressure, the human body micro climate zone is becoming more and more low temperature, but the inlet pressure should not be too big, must be controlled within a certain range.(2) the control of the vortex tube opening in all of the vortex tube cooling air cooled clothing plays a key role in the performance impact factors, the opening size directly influences the cooling performance. Knob opening has the best position, through small or metropolitan damage to its cooling performance, therefore must make knob should be paid attention to when using the opening near the best position. In this experiment can observe the knob opening in the best position in during 3 ~ 4 K.(3) Temperature on the air-cooled cooling performance has a certain impact. But due to the intake from ambient atmosphere, especially under the mine thermal environment, the gas temperature is higher, this experiment is mainly to verify cool suit under the environment of high temperature adaptability. The experimental results show that under 35 ℃ high temperature air, air cooled suit can still maintain a micro climate zone in a comfortable temperature range.
