With the rapid development of society,environmental pollution has aroused widespread concern.In order to reduce industrial dust and waste air pollution of the air environment,it is of great significance to develop ESP and improve its efficiency.The power supply mode of electric precipitator with DC power supply current,high power consumption,easy to produce two dust and anti corona phenomenon,plasma concentration within the device is not high,the dust removal efficiency of fine particle of PM2.5 is low.In this paper,we focus on the factors that affect the efficiency of dust removal,design a kind of pulse switching power supply,put forward a new method of pulsed laser induced excitation plasma,increasing the plasma concentration of precipitator and improving the efficiency of dust removal.After the experimental system was built,the test results showed that the plasma concentration and efficiency of the precipitator could be improved.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)The power supply mode of traditional electrostatic precipitator is studied,Aiming at the problems such as ignition,ozone and so on,which are produced by the DC high voltage power supply produced by the traditional electrostatic precipitator,The high voltage pulse power supply circuit is designed.Through the embedded programming,hardware welding and debugging,the direct current pulse power supply with adjustable voltage duty cycle and voltage frequency of 20 kV is developed independently.Reducing the power consumption of traditional power supply,to solve the process of secondary dust and anti-corona problem.(2)Analyses the whole dust removal process of ESP,establishes the mathematical model of electric dust removal process,deduces the efficiency of electrostatic precipitator,through the Matlab software simulation of the relationship between the electric dust removal efficiency and dust particle diameter,charge,electric field strength,coagulation coefficient,ion concentration etc,The comparison between the new method proposed in this paper and the relationship between the efficiency of the plasma dust removal and the physical quantity Simulation analysis conclusion: dust particle saturation power,the dust removal efficiency and particle diameter,electric field strength,displacement velocity is positively related to dust;the new method to enhance the plasma concentration,can improve the electric field strength,particle diameter,charge and coagulation coefficient,so as to improve the efficiency of dust removal.(3)In order to solve the problem of low plasma concentration and low dust removal efficiency,a new method is proposed to enhance the efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator,Issued by the YAG solid laser pulse laser,through convergent lens,arrive at the dust collecting plate,dust collecting plate induced excitation of laser produced plasma,plasma and laser plasma to produce high pressure ionization in high voltage electric field interaction,enhanced ESP plasma concentration.Then,the experimental system composed of YAG solid laser,focusing lens,electrostatic precipitator,plasma concentration measuring instrument and air quality detector was constructed by using the gas generated by the cigarette as the gas pollution source.Finally,the experimental method was used to measure the new method Of the plasma concentration and dust removal efficiency,and compared with the original plasma concentration and efficiency,the comparison data show that the proposed method to enhance the plasma concentration is effective,can improve the efficiency of dust removal.
