The electrostatic precipitator(ESP)is a device that uses electric field force to separate dust particles from air.It is widely used in metallurgy,power generation,building materials,chemical industry and other industries.In recent years,with the increasing efforts of air control in China,the production units pay more and more attention to environmental protection indicators.High-frequency electrostatic precipitator has gradually occupied the mainstream of the market due to its fast response,small size,low cost and other advantages.Pulse electrostatic precipitator(ESP)adds a high-voltage pulse to the negative high-voltage direct current(HVDC)of the common precipitator.Through the instantaneous high-voltage pulse energy,the efficiency of dust removal is improved and the flashover rate is reduced.Therefore,the electrostatic precipitator using pulse electrostatic precipitator power supply has gradually attracted attention.This topic mainly research the high-power high-voltage pulsed power supplies for electrostatic precipitators.Starting from industrial applications,high voltage DC power supply and high voltage pulse power supply were studied respectively,and the main development process and method were given.The development process of high frequency DC power supply is introduced.The technical characteristics of LC series resonance,LC parallel resonance and LCC series-parallel resonance are compared and analyzed.The formation cause of switching loss and the basic implementation method of soft switching technology are analyzed.The LCC series-parallel resonance is selected as the basic topology.A series of solutions for multi-group power inverter series-parallel is proposed,which reduces the leakage inductance and distributed capacitance requirements of the transformer and simplifies the transformer design.The time domain analysis of the half-bridge LCC resonant circuit was carried out,and the large signal model and small signal model of the inverter were established,and the controller was designed.The method of quickly fitting the resonance parameters in engineering is introduced,which simplifies the parameter calculation process.The ideas and key points of control distribution parameters in transformer design are introduced,which provides a basis for transformer design.The development process of pulse power supply is introduced.The topology of pulse power supply is analyzed,and the main working mode of its operation is studied.The equivalent model of the pulsed power supply is established,and the relationship between the resonant parameters and the output voltage and pulse width is derived.The design method of the main parameters is given and the relevant simulation verification is carried out.The experimental prototype is built to verify the DC power supply and the pulse power supply,which can meet the design requirements.
