In recent years,because of the size,surface effect and superconductivity properties,the material with nano-structure has been attracting a lot of interest in solar energy,cells and nanosensor fields.Among these nano-material,nanofibers have been widely applied in practice due to their large length/diameter ratio,enormous surface area per unit mass and more ease production process compared with other nanostructured materials.Up to now,a range of technologies,such as drawing,PS(phase separation),TS(template synthesis),self-assembly and electrospinning.The electrospinning method uses high-voltage field force to overcome the force between molecules.Taylor cone forms on the liquid surface.Under the electric field force,liquid overcomes the surface force and forms jet flow.The solvent volatilizes quickly in the air and nanofibers are collected on the collecting device.Electrospinning is a method with simple technique,simplicity of operator and simple equipments characters.So it is the only method for continuous nanofibers production in large quantities.At the same time,the nanofibers made by electrospinning method have the advantages of minor diameter,minor bore diameter,high porosity,large relative surface area and similar morphology.They can increase the working area of sensors and improve the performance of sensors a lot.The nano-materials made by electrospinning method can be easily degraded and absorbed by living beings.This article firstly reviews the civil and foreign research status of electrospinning method,especially introducing the development of the electrospinning method.It also analyses technical steps and equipment of modern electrospinning method.We built the electrospinning model and analyses the electrospinning theory.The formula of theretical electrospinning voltage is got?A kind of full-automatic electrospinning system based on thermal radiation theory is developed at the same time.The rate of solvent volatilization was raised by thermal light source,which improves the quality of nanofibers.Due to this technology,macromolecule materials can be used for electrospinning while not before.The pump can also be used for continuous micro-supply by improving the automatic level and nanofibers production in the no-worker situation.In the end,electrospinning nanofibers delivery with diversity growth factor is made by the full-automatic electrospinning system based on thermal radiation theory.The effect of the nanofibers morphology parameters on the cells growth and drug sustained release are researched by the cells experiments.
