With the increasing amount of gas extraction in coal mining and the enhancement of social environmental awareness,the attention of coal mine gas efficient utilization has been significantly improved.For coal mine wind,such as ultra-low concentration,large emissions,and the impact on the greenhouse effect of the atmosphere is bad gas,how to use the economy has become an important issue.In order to improve the economic efficiency of ultra-low concentration gas utilization in coal mine,it is usually to improve the thermal efficiency of gas oxidation device to meet the demand of coal mine for heat.The coal mine gas oxidation unit utilizes the trace methane in the gas to carry on the high temperature heat storage oxidation reaction,and utilizes the heat generated by the reaction process to meet the different heat demand situation of the coal mine.Coal mine gas oxidation device using methane gas in high temperature of the regenerative oxidation reaction,and the use of heat generated in the reaction process,to meet the different needs of coal heat,so as to realize the effective utilization of low concentration gas.At present,the coal mine gas oxidation device is affected by its high investment cost and low return rate,so it is difficult to popularize.Improving the efficiency of heat utilization can improve the economic efficiency and reduce the return cycle of investment to some extent,and alleviate the above problems.In this paper,two different structures of coal mine gas oxidation device as the research object,studied the factors affecting the heat utilization of the oxidation device,analyzed the main way to improve the heat utilization efficiency of the oxidation device.The following conclusions are obtained:(1)According to the working principle of coal mine gas oxidation device and two kinds of air intake structure,combined with different heat exchanger technology principle,the difference of heat extraction efficiency is discussed.The results show that the oxidation in the vertical than in the horizontal air inlet structure device structure is easy to arrange the heat exchanger,not affected by thermal shock;vertical inlet structure device heating start efficiency is high,the start time for the intake structure level of 20%;two kinds of structure,the effect of switching time on the thermal efficiency are small.(2)According to the analysis of the thermal balance and the distribution of the temperature field of the oxidation device,the specific requirements of the different structures of the oxidation plant to control the temperature field are analyzed,and the influence on the heat extraction capacity is analyzed.The results show that the vertical structure of the intake gas oxidation device compared to the temperature level is not affected by the heat effect of inlet structure field drift upward,the temperature field is more uniform,the overall thermal device with high efficiency,high comprehensive heat utilization efficiency.(3)Combined with practical engineering application project,the structure of gas oxidation device is tested and proved by heat collection mode,heat efficiency and heat dissipation mode.The results show that the vertical structure of the intake gas oxidation device actual comprehensive thermal efficiency is 20%,the level of inlet gas oxidation device actual comprehensive thermal efficiency is 6%,the vertical structure of high intake starting efficiency,good energy-saving effect,will effectively promote the vertical structure of gas inlet oxidation device.
