Intelligent manufacturing and green development are common topics in today's world.Technology and innovation are inseparable from green development.As far as cement is concerned,energy consumption,environmental protection and intelligence are the current research hotspots.In recent years,our country has devoted a lot of efforts in the cement industry and has made great achievements,but there are still problems of high energy consumption and material consumption.Rotary kiln calcination is the most energy-consuming part of cement production process.Improving this link is the key to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction in cement enterprises.At present,there are many kinds of energy-saving technologies in this link,but the research on thermal efficiency optimization guidance is more concerned.Although the corresponding results have been achieved,the following problems still exist: First,the firing status in the kiln are complex and variable,and the identification of thermal efficiency working conditions is difficult.Second,the key parameters required for thermal efficiency modeling can not be detected online,which makes the model difficult to establish.Third,the temperature setting value of the firing zone is mainly given manually by the operator.It is difficult to ensure that the set value is the optimal value under the current working conditions,so that the energy consumption and material consumption of the clinker production are high.Therefore,research on the thermal efficiency optimization guidance system of cement rotary kiln is of great significance.In response to the above problems,this project takes a 5000t/d cement clinker production line as the research background.On the basis of in-depth understanding of the clinker calcination process,based on a large number of production data,identify the thermal efficiency working conditions of the rotary kiln,and then combine the thermodynamics principle to establish the thermal efficiency model under the current working conditions.Finally,the case-based reasoning algorithm is used to give the temperature optimization setting value of the firing zone.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the difficult problem of thermal efficiency working conditions identification,the working condition parameters were determined by analyzing the mass production data and the data was preprocessed.The principal component analysis techniqueand the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm were used to realize the on-line identification of thermal efficiency working conditions.(2)In view of the difficult problem of thermal efficiency modeling,the material balance model and thermal energy balance model of rotary kiln under current working conditions are established by combining cement production process and thermodynamics principle.According to the above two models,the thermal efficiency modeling parameters are determined and collected.Finally,these parameters are used to construct a thermal efficiency model to achieve real-time monitoring of thermal efficiency.(3)For the problem that the temperature setting value of the firing zone is artificially given,the thermal efficiency value under the current working condition is first calculated according to the thermal efficiency model,and then the optimization setting rule set is determined by combining the auxiliary variables such as f-CaO and kiln current.And create an initial case library based on the rule set.Finally,the case-based reasoning algorithm is used to realize the automatic setting of the temperature setting value of the firing zone.(4)Thermal efficiency optimization guidance system software development.The rotary kiln thermal efficiency optimization guidance software is written in C# language,which is mainly composed of modules such as user management,data acquisition,working condition identification,thermal efficiency modeling and optimization setting.Each module relies on each other and coordinates with each other to realize the above functions.Finally,the thermal efficiency optimization guidance software is applied to the industrial site.Practice has proved that the software can accurately identify the thermal efficiency working conditions of the rotary kiln and the real-time monitoring of the thermal efficiency values under the current working conditions,and automatically give the optimal set value of the firing zone temperature.
