The coal in Zhundong region of Xinjiang,as one kind of high quality clean raw materials,because of its characters such as low cost,high quality,good reactivity and so on,is widely used for generate electricity by coal-fired power plants or industrial manufacture of coal chemical industry.But because its character of high sodium content,make all the burning coal boilers are facing fouling,slagging,ash deposition,corrosion problems,finally make serious impact on the normal operation of the boiler.In this sense,the Research on technology removal of sodium from Zhundong coal has important research significance and application value.Using electrodynamics method,this paper explores the impact of the size,the types of coal,voltage eluent properties and composition of coal mechanics for sodium-free electrochemical technology;Reveals the basic principle and influence factors of the electrodynamics of sodium;Got the best process conditions,lay the experimental foundation of further study.The experiment results shows that the best condition for sodium out is join the stirring when the coal particle size r≤0.15 mm,the voltage is 2V,the residence time is 30 min,the water temperature is 20 ℃,the ratio of water and coal is 2:1.the(highest)removal rate of sodium is 93.49%.This paper using electrodynamics sodium-free method to avoids the disadvantage such as low efficiency and high water consumption of existing water sodium elution method.This paper also shown that Zhundong kinetics of coal technology of sodium also have advantages at such aspects like energy saving,high efficiency,simple reaction and the reaction conditions,etc.
