In recent years,metal nanomaterials have been widely used in catalysis,sensing and other fields.The scientists found that adenine and its derivatives can be used to synthesis of nano particles,but use them to synthesis of complexes,polymer and nano particles,only a very small part of the product can produce fluorescence.In this thesis,we selected Gold nanomaterials and adenosine to synthesize AuAXP(adenosine monophosphate,two adenosine triphosphate,adenosine triphosphate)as the experimental basis.First of all,adenosine and gold nanoparticles were combined to observe the fluorescence intensity of the products obtained.Then the control experiment,the fluorescence enhancement effect in the different additives under the influence of the product,such as adding calcium and magnesium,zinc ion will occur and reinforcing effect,and the effects were observed in the fluorescence enhancement,performance of original product in the cell imaging what change.This project is mainly focused on the synthesis and characterization of fluorescence enhancement type gold nanoclusters,and the cellular and biological molecule detection and imaging were studied,using fluorescence spectroscopy,confocal fluorescence microscopy,UV spectrometer focus and eliasa studied the effect of different fluorescent gold nanoclusters in cell biology molecular detection and biological imaging,and its potential application prospect.This experiment chooses chlorauric acid solution as reaction precursor,citric acid as reducing agent and protective agent,studied under different conditions such as different concentration,reaction temperature of the precursor of different body,influence on the synthesis of gold nanoparticles clusters.The fluorescent gold nanoclusters were successfully prepared by comparing the results and selecting the best scheme.The synthesis method of the experimental operation is simple,the cost of the required is relatively low,gold nanoclusters synthesized with low fluorescence,long fluorescence lifetime,small particle size and the particle size distribution is very uniform,good biocompatibility and good non-toxic and so on,and has many adenylate derivatives,can be combined with the metal ion sites,extremely effective enhanced fluorescence intensity.In this paper,we analyze the fluorescence of different metal ions on the fluorescence enhancement of metal complexes synthesis effect and biological imaging capability,not only proved that the fluorescence enhancement of gold nanoclusters in biological detection,cellular imaging and so on is an effective application,for how to improve the accuracy of detection,provides some different the research of image definition of essential element.
