Compared with traditional inorganic devices,organic field-effect transistors(OFETs)have the advantages of good flexibility,ultra-thin,light weight,low production cost and large area manufacturing.In flexible display,flexible sensors and flexible integrated circuits and other aspects show a broad application prospects,is subject to the academic community and industry attention.The growth of organic single crystal micro-nanowires by solution method is an important method to fabricate the field-effect transistor semiconductor layer.It has the advantages of simple process and low cost,which is beneficial to the preparation of large-scale organic single-crystal micro-nanowire arrays.In recent years,the development of flexible field-effect transistors has been significantly improved,and which conformal flexible field effect transistor has been widely concerned,it has important applications in the manufacture of wearable and implantable chips,electronic eye camera imager,"smart"contact lenses,"smart" surgical gloves and flexible displays and other aspects.The combination of solution and flexible field-effect transistor devices will drive the emergence of flexible electronic products to better meet the needs of modern electronic products,lightweight,portable and easy to design.In this paper,we use the solution method to prepare monocrystalline micro-nanowire arrays,and combine the special embedded laminated electrodes fabrication method to prepare flexible and conformal large-scale field-effect transistor device arrays.TIPS-pentacene was used as the research object,it is a very hot small molecules of organic materials,the TIPS-pentacene solution was dropped on the substrate,growing a large area of ordered TIPS-pentacene single crystal micro-nano wire arrays,the area can reach 1 cm × 1 cm.And through the special laminated embedded structure electrode technology to create a large-scale flexible fitable field-effect transistor array,as large as a 15 rows,8 column device arrays,and a relatively uniform and stable carrier mobility was obtained with a mobility ranging from 0.12 cm2V-s-1 to 0.79 cm2V-1s-1.This method of preparation of the field effect transistor array can be a good fit on the surface of various types of curved objects.At the same time,we further study the effect of bending on the performance of organic field effect transistor,which provides a new idea for optimizing the manufacturing process of organic single crystal flexible device and improving the performance of the device.
