Zingiberis Rhizoma and Cinnamomi Ramulus are couplet medicinesa in the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).The Zingiberis Rhizoma contains chemical constituents of volatile oil,gingerol etc.It is a common TCM used in medicine and food.Its ether extract and water extract have obvious analgesic effect.The cassia twigmainly contains cinnamic acid and cinnamaldehyde,it has obvious antipyretic,sedative,antiasthmatic,anti allergic and other effects.TCM on Guizhi-ginger in the compound of traditional Chinese medicine compatibility is widely used,such as Zhang Zhongjing,there are Guizhi drug compatibility in Huang Liantang,small Qinglong Decoction,Chaihuguizhi dried ginger in the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases".Cassia twig and dried ginger contain a lot of volatile oil,and they are the main active ingredients of two drugs.Shenzhiling oral solution is one new kind of traditional chinese drugs,in the production of it,Zingiberis Rhizoma and Cinnamomi Ramulus as a couplet medicinesa were extracted together;in 2016,the regulation of Chinese Medicine Dispensing Granules(take advicing)wes published.In the future,the limitations of Chinese Medicine Dispensing Granules will be gradually liberalized,the application amount of Chinese Medicine Dispensing Granules will be greatly increased.Chinese Medicine Dispensing Granules made with a classic prescription of Chinese Medicine or couplet medicinesa.In the future,more and more attention will be paid to it.Study of ginger and Cinnamomi Ramulus mixed distilled extraction process,but also can provide technical support for the development of the classic of medicine formula granules.Process Analytical Technologies(PAT),is a real-time monitoring of key quality and performance parameters of materials and raw materials in the production process,design,analysis and control of the production process,ensure the uniformity of the product quality,is an effective method for improving production efficiency.Near-infrared Spectroscopy is a kind of green PAT technology which is suitable for rapid and on-line analysis,it has been widely applied in qualitative and quantitative analysis,on-line detection and process control analysis in the field of Chinese medicine.In this paper,ginger and cassia mixed distillation process as the research object.Of the key indicators of Zingiberis Rhizoma,cassia twig herbs were studied fast by using the method of NIRS analysis and chemometrics method.The rapid determination of cinnamaldehyde content in distillation process was studied.Research contents and results are as follows:1.The research of rapid determination of 6-Gingerol and moisture in Zingiberis Rhizoma by near infrared spectroscopy.Collect 97 near infrared spectroscopys of samples by near-infrared spectrograph with diffuse reflectance module.The reference analyses were performed with toluene methodand and ultra performance liquid chromatography method(UHPLC)respectively for determination of moisture and 6-Gingerol.The rapid determination method of 6-Gingerol and moisture was established with Partial Least Squares(PLS).For moisture,R2c=0.9935,R_p~2=0.9764,RMSEC=0.0809,RMSEP=0.207;For 6-Gingerol,R2c=0.9902,R_p~2=0.9758,RMSEC=0.0174,RMSEP=0.0284.The model is linear and the error is small.2.The research of rapid determination of cinnamaldehyde,moisture,and extraction in Cinnamomi Ramulus by Near Infrared Spectroscopy.Collect 75 near infrared spectroscopys of samples by near-infrared spectrograph with diffuse reflectance module.The reference analyses were performed with toluene methodand,UHPLC and pharmacopoeia method respectively for determination of cinnamaldehyde,moisture,and extraction.The rapid determination method of cinnamaldehyde,moisture,and extraction was established with Partial Least Squares(PLS).For moisture,R2c=0.964,R_p~2=0.962,RMSEC=0.14419,RMSEP=0.13736;For cinnamaldehyde,R2c=0.9855,R_p~2=0.9601,RMSEC=0.0427,RMSEP=0.0487;For extraction,R2c=0.967,R_p~2=0.900,RMSEC=0.22104,RMSEP=0.3763.3.The research on the mixed distillation extraction of Zingiberis Rhizoma and Cinnamomi Ramulus by NIRSObject of study is the mixed distillation extraction of Zingiberis Rhizoma and Cinnamomi Ramulus.Collect the near infrared spectroscopys of distilled liquid and water extract by near-infrared spectrograph with transmission module.The reference analyses were performed with UHPLC for determination of cinnamaldehyde,the rapid determination method of cinnamaldehyde was established with PLS.For cinnamaldehyde,R2c=0.9788,R_p~2=0.9623,RMSEC=0.0472,RMSEP=0.0658;The near infrared spectroscopys of water extract,using adaptive,moving window standard deviation,(AMWSD)to judge the spectral diversity,a trend model related to thetarget component is obtained to extract the end point.
