Research On Land-Saving In Typical Open-pit Coal Mining Areas Based On Full Cooperation: Taking Pingshuo Mining Area, Baozisil Mine Area And Dananhu Mining Area As Examples

China's suitable open-cut coal reserves account for 10% to 15% of the total,More than 90% of coal resources suitable for open-pit mining are concentrated in Shanxi,Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang,These areas are accompanied by serious soil erosion,water scarcity and severe desertification.Therefore,in these areas,It is necessary to carry out mining and construction activities in accordance with scientific and rational methods of land use.By reading the literature we found that There are few predecessors' research on the Specificity of the Open-pit Mines in Different Areas and Time period.this article took a look at the literature,field research,comparative analysis,geometric analysis and other methods.Selecting the Antaibao Open-pit Mine,Baorixile Open-pit Mine and Dananhu Open-pit Mine as the research object.Divide the land use process of coal mines into pre-harvest,mining,and post-mining.Combine the results of field research,we use the method of comparative analysis for each phase and study on land-saving measures taken in different regions.We draw the following conclusion :(1)Intensive use of land resources refers to take scientific and reasonable technical measures,to reduce the occupation of land and maximize the benefits with minimum investment in land area per unit.Which pay attention to "less land" and "use efficiency".Land use in mining areas means that reduce the number and extent of land damage to a minimum,Increase the amount of land available,Improve land quality.Which Pay attention to "lease the land,make a good land,recover quickly and make good use of it".(2)Based on the characteristics of the gully and landscape in the Loess Plateau and the large number of residential areas.When we carrying out land use planning in the Loess Plateau mining area,we should consider comprehensively the issues of production,life and ecology.Plain landforms in the grassland area are slightly rolling plains,When planning the land in the grassland mining area,we should consider minimizing damage to the landscape.When planning the land in the desert Gobi mining area,We should comprehensively consider the rationality of production management and reduce the damage to the gravel layer.(3)When the open pit mine is stripped,we can take a single bucket-the truck process.When coal mining,we can use the semi-continuous mining process of one-bucket,one-truck,half-moving(fixed)crushing station and one-belt conveyor.Some conditional mining areas can adopt open pit mining measures.(4)Based on the goal of "making land",when artificial landforms are rebuilt,under the premise of ensuring stability,we can properly change the parameters of the dump site in the Loess Plateau mining area.To ensure the restoration of landscape,in grassland mining area,we can cut the slopes.In the northwest desert mining area,when we dump the soil,our main consideration is how to ensure its stability and reduce the damage to the gravel curtain layer,and we should combine relevant parameters of local materials,designing of slope angle,discard height and other dumping parameters.
