Phenylchlorosilane can improve the performance of the organo-siloxane,especially in improving the heat resistance,chemical stability,radiation resistance,refractive index and so on.In the organosilicon industry,the consumption of the phenylchlorosilane is next only to methylchlorosilane and phenyltrichlorosilane is the largest consumption in phenylchlorosilane.At present,the development of phenylchlorosilane in China lags behind,and the process of synthesis of phenyltrichlorosilane by gas phase condensation method with a broad prospect of industrialization can only be realized by a few of foreign companies.In this paper,the process of synthesis of phenyltrichlorosilane by gas phase condensation method with the reactants of chlorobenzene and trichlosilane was explored and the separation process of reaction products was simulated.The main research work and results are as follows:?1?The reaction process of trichlorosilane and chlorobenzene mixed feeding was designed.The influences of temperature,space time,pressure,and molar ratio of C6H5 Cl to Si HCl3 on the yield and selectivity of phenyltrichlorosilane were investigated.The highest yield of phenyltrichlorosilane showed by Orthogonal experimental results was 37.52% under the conditions of reaction temperature620?,space time 80 s,pressure 0.25 MPa and molar ratio of C6H5 Cl to Si HCl3 2.?2?The influence of chloralkanes as initiator on reaction system was studied.The results showed that the initiator can increrase the yield of phenyltrichlorosilane.?3?Coke deposition in phenyltrichlorosilane synthesis by gas phase condensation from chlorobenzene and trichlosilane was studied.The influences of temperature,space time,pressure,molar ratio of C6H5 Cl to Si HCl3 and initiator on the amount of coke deposition were explored.The results showed that the reaction temperature and molar ratio of C6H5 Cl to Si HCl3 were the main influnecing factors on the amount of coke deposition.In the same feed time with increasing of reaction temperature and the molar ratio of C6H5 Cl to Si HCl3,the amount of coke deposition rapidly increases.The initiator can reduce the amount of coke deposition.?4?Operating parameters in the separation process were obtained by the simulation of Aspen Plus software.Optimized operating parameters were getted by using the method of sensitivity analysis to optimize the reflux ratio,theoretical stage numbers and feed position of each tower.
