The Cu Pc blue reactive dye matrix has bright blue green color.It is the most important and indispensable blue dye varieties in dyeing cotton,hemp,wool,cashmere,silk,nylon,and other fibers with different brands of emerald green or light blue essential dye.However,after years of development,the production and use of reactive dyes based is still for cotton.Turquoise blue has become blank with nylon reactive dyes,now dominated by acid,turquoise blue dyes.In this paper,three turquoise blue reactive dyes were synthesized by using copper phthalocyanine as the dye matrix and the esterified ethanolamine as active groups.The synthetic route and corresponding process conditions of three dyes were mainly studied.First of all,through the control of chlorosulfonated copper phthalocyanine and the analysis of ice conditions,the dye fastness,light and other indicators were adjusted.Secondly,the synthesis conditions of two esterified amines with different ethanolamine esters were controlled accurately,and a more stable synthetic route was determined.Thirdly,two different turquoise blue reactive dyes were synthesized by using different ethanolamine esters under the same reaction conditions.Finally,the third reactive dyes of turquoise blue can be synthesized by the above two kinds of turquoise blue reactive dyes.Three different turquoise blue reactive dyes were obtained through membrane filtration and standardization.Three dye performance indicators have reached or exceeded the existing blue dyes.The problems,such as the poor color fastness of acid dyes for wool dyeing and difficult to get the dark effect,were solved.After the test method was mature,a large scale amplification study was carried out,and the scale of the test was enlarged by 20330 times.The synthesi s process was optimized.The results showed that a new turquoise blue reactive dye was successfully synthesized.Color fastness index rate can reach or exceed the existing blue dye.
