With the continuous development of human society,People's demand for clothing no longer just stays in some simple functions such as warming and beautiful.Clothing with real-time information processing and human-computer interaction function has become a higher level of demand.The problem of movement?health surveillance in modern society has been concerned.Disease prevention and exercise monitoring have become the mainstream of health care.The existing medical health care and household equipment can't achieve real-time monitoring in long-term.the clothing is closest to the human body,when embed electronic information technology,which can be changed to a real-time monitoring the health status of medical care.It's not only an innovation in medical monitoring,but also injecting fresh blood into the traditional clothing industry.By analyzing the current situation of movement and temperature monitoring at home and abroad,this paper optimizes the hardware accuracy,energy consumption,software function according to the human body temperature?body surface humidity and movement state,the research and development of smart clothing for movement and body temperature monitoring based on the realization of functional requirements and the smart clothing wearable.First of all,according to the function of health monitoring,the hardware and software of the system is designed.The ultra low power consumption ST Blue-NRG Bluetooth chip is the core component of information transmission and processing.The chip adopts the SOC technology and embeds the 32 bit cortex-M0 core as the central processing unit.Peripheral configuration SHT21 temperature?humidity sensor and LIS2DS12 three axis acceleration sensor,setting up the information collection platform together.The whole hardware platform uses LI battery as the power supply module.The software part is mainly based on the design of Android mobile phone monitoring system APP.The concrete realization of different communication links is described in detail.The way of communication based on wireless ultra low power Bluetooth BLE4.0 is proposed.According to the software and hardware product development plan,the technical route and technological process of the smart clothing research and development in the process of movement and body temperature monitoring have been drawn up to ensure the smooth development of the product.Secondly,in the context of rapid development of big data and cloud computing,The cloud computing storage mode of movement?body temperature and humility human parameters is designed.The cloud database storing the human parameters collected on the hardware platform.Introduce the selected Ali cloud server and windows server2012 cloud server system in detail.Through the establishment of the websocket server protocol between mobile phone and cloud service realize the communication,established the MONGODB database,building a cloud storage hardware and software platform.Finally,the relevant rules and the location of the implanted hardware were discussed.The hardware is implanted into the clothing and then worn on to carry out various experiments,through the comparison experiments and data analysis to test whether the design function meets the requirements.Research shows that the movement and body temperature care of smart clothing can effectively carry out the monitoring of temperature and humidity changes in the human body;but also in motion monitoring system is very excellent,step number statistics and cal consumption,gesture analysis can reach the designed target,compared with the existing motion monitoring products have higher accuracy.Various physical parameters in the software interface real-time display in the form of curve,providing users with a good interactive experience.
