As the pillar industry of China,the dyeing industry has made important contributions to China's economic development.The production mode of traditional manufacturing industries has been changed as the rapid development of automation,informatization and intelligence in China,and the dyeing industry has also entered a period of intelligent development.Most of China's dyeing enterprises are faced with problems such as difficulty in networking of a large number of equipment in the workshop,backward control methods,difficulty in storing massive historical data,and inability to achieve online monitoring.Unable to meet the requirements of online monitoring of data,intelligent decision-making of production,intelligent setting of process parameters,and traceability of products,many dyeing companies have difficulties in production management,low production efficiency,and poor product quality.The existing dyeing system will be improved from the two aspects,the underlying data collection network and the realization of cloud monitoring.In the design of the underlying data acquisition network,the field bus technology is used to connect the dyeing machines with a wide field distribution area,a large number of stations,and complex dyeing programs,and the data exchange process and the centralized release function is designed,so that the data in the workshop can be uploaded and downloaded in a centralized manner.In the implementation of the cloud monitoring platform,firstly,the configuration software was used to design the monitoring system,and thecloud server was used to publish the monitoring screen in the cloud,mastering of the on-site production status has been realized in online way.The cloud database was used to realize the cloud storage of massive historical data.Process data collected by control system is uploaded to the cloud database for storage,which lays the foundation for reliable and safe storage,intelligent processing and rapid sharing of massive printing and dyeing monitoring data.The experiment proves that the intelligent dyeing system based on cloud monitoring can make the dyeing enterprise centralized management,convenient data sharing,lower system maintenance cost,and the system automation level has been improved,and provide enterprise management personnel with scientific and effective scheduling management and decision-making based on real-time production information Data support,and laid the foundation for the future construction of smart printing and dyeing big data platform.
