Fabric tactile perception evaluation and cognitive process is complex,multi-level,the traditional evaluating fabric tactile perception way is difficult to accuratelydescribe tactile information.In this paper,electroencephalogram?EEG?and event related potential?ERP?were used,by observing theEEG rhythm and ERP component characteristicsevoked by the silk contact on the neckto explore the silk tactile perception evaluation and cognitive process.10 kinds of silk fabrics were selected as the subjects,18 objective physical properties were tested and 6 subjective evaluation properties were evaluated,designed a tactile stimulus equipment for ERP experiments of silktactile perception,the P2,P3 and?,?and?rhythms were selected as the silk tactile perception evaluation indexesby the neurophysiological experiments with 40 subjects join,to explorethe cognitive process in the correlationanalysis by theneurophysiological evaluation index andobjective physical properties and subjective evaluation properties relationship.In the EEG experiments of silktactile perceptionshowed that,?,?,?rhythm is positively correlated with wight,the increase in rhythm is the performance of the brain active,the more heavywight of silk is,the more active brainresponse.?,?rhythm is negatively related to itchy,and with obvious sensation of itchy,the?,?rhythm distribution were 14%15%,23%24%.With increase of the thickness of the fabric,?rhythmincreases firstly and then decreases,suggests that the brain relaxed,comfortable firstly increases then decreases.With increase of the transient maximum heat flux(Qmax,)?rhythmfirstly increases then reachs the stable status.The ERP experiments of silktactile perception showed that,the peak values of P2,P3are positively correlated withitchy,wight,Qmax,andnegatively related tosticky,whilethe peak values of P2,P3 are associated with the degree of brainexcitement,indicating that the stronger prickle,the heavierwight,the larger Qmax,the weaker sticky,themore excited of brain responses.The latency ofP2,P3arenegatively correlated withQmax,while the latency ofP2,P3 are associated with the speed of brain response,indicating that the larger Qmaxis,the faster brain response is;the latency of P3 is negatively correlated with smoothness,and negatively correlated with wight,while the latency ofP3 is associated with the rate of brainrecognize,indicating that the smoother,the light wightof silk fabric is,the slower the brain was identified.In addition,satin caused the degree of brain excitement is smaller than plain and twill silk fabric;female can accept and deal with the sensory information more faster than male;the response of the brain to the sensory stimulation of silk is not simplex from left to right or from right to left,but from left and right expands to the middle of brain or from the middle of the brain diverges to the left and right at the same time.
